the sudden rapid pacing shift really threw me off and I feel like a lot of potentially impactful or significant moments just kinda got breezed over to set up the conflict at the end
They brought out the big guns for this pen ultimate finale twist. I'm genuinely surprised both regalia holders actually did have Hizuki's best interests in mind. But safety is a lot harder to secure in a cyberpunk future full of info leaks and literal body jacking. Poor Tratte, Mag has put her name in the mud.
I thought the way they combined both the fight between our heros and that mind controlling nun with the exposition Faceless was giving to Hizuki was a pretty creative way to move things along.
The goddess appearing was an epic cliffhanger. I think it's easy to say she's not the demon lords biggest fan.
Hooooooly this was such a great episode man the fanservice was top tier and the plot was crazy man bro like wth is wrong with that Tratte body snatcher??
Man it was funny seeing Hizuki being all flustered about bathing with Veltol only to keep taking glances at him to a point where she swam to sit right beside him she’s a daring girl I can’t lie haha but I can’t get her big ass tiddies out of my mind tho Hizuki is SOOOOOOO FINE man😫😩😫😩😫😩😋
Bro that Tratte body snatcher is fucking unhinged asf man she killed her parents her doctor and the principal the one person she be open up and be vulnerable too like bro wtf is up with this person I hope their identity gets revealed in the next episode but I have a feeling imma have to wait till season to get an answer but damn I wonder who she is?🤔
Yo that Goddess entrance was SOOOO FUCKING COLD MAN LIKE DID YOU SEE THE ANIMATION WHEN THE CLOUDS WERE SPLIT APART??? And her design is so hot too like man im loving Hizuki and yes she’s a great character with a great backstory but damn am I loving the fact that she’s the character that we’ve gotten the most fanservice out of ong🥵😩🙏🏽
I thought the show was meh but I really feel like this was an amazing episode. Not just the sudden jumps in pacing but it technically had a beginning and a middle and an open ending that almost makes it standalone from the entire series.
If there was ever a season 2, I hope it would be like this... which is saying something because normally in anime I like things to be lighter v-tubing than heavy defeating an enemy.
For me the best episode so far together with the first one. I really liked how Hizuki's backstory was executed and her little traumatic moments throughout the episode.
Hizuki is controlled this episode and the students are taken hostage, they seem to be wanting to take control of the orb that Hizuki had in her inheritence. Veltol went straight badass after a short moment of relief for Hizuki; Interestingly enough she felt relaxed knowing Veltol didn't care about her bad omen. Episode was done well and the flashback actually had substance. I like seeing the fact that the duel student Albert was chill and joined forces with Veltol on the ground
