| Sanji wakes up in Shyarly's room after losing lots of blood and getting a transfusion from two okama. Chopper sees that Luffy got poisoned by Hyouzou, but Luffy’s body is okay because he fought Magellan before and got stronger against poison. The crew meets up with Brook and Pappag and hears about Vander Decken IX. Big Mom is now protecting Fish-Man Island. Shyarly has a vision that a guy with a ripped straw hat will destroy the island. |

| @WolfWood37 ...yet. Ok episode, the editing can be a little bit jarring, mostly during a scene change, but the improved pacing is worth a little jank. However I'm worried that this remaster will go to shit at some point. They are keeping the 2 chapter per episode pacing, and that's impossible to maintain if they want to end it in 21 episodes. At this point all remaining episodes would have to cover 3 chapters on average, which is just impossible to pull off without ruining it. So they either going to rush through the flashback/action portions of the arc or it's going to have more episodes. |

| The pacing was a little weird this episode, like the scene where Pappagu was talking to the SHP about how fishman and mermaid children can be different was cut weirdly. I liked Hody's introduction, but i'm not looking forward to him being the main villain of FMI. He's still my least favorite villain. |

| For some reason I think they made Luffy extra mentally retarded in this remaster. From what I remember from the original version(anime) he didn't have this cringe lines in his dialogue. The best thing in this episode and probably in this remaster is how well they made Jones . They made more evil and cynical which I think should have been in the original too |
| Wow That happened real fast I totally forgot Sharley was the owner of the mermaid cafe Love Luffy-chin there asking the real questions to mermaids Soul King sure is popular The worldbuilding being solid as usual And we get our first confrontation with Big Mom! And Luffy wanted to meet her from the start! Man I love when such connections come back, only happens on a rewatch :D Here it comes, Sharley's prediction for the future of Fishman Island by Luffy. I don't remember who Gyro was, but feels like a name I would remember.. probably because of Mozarella. Hody and his drugs make him real scary man Only wish he was written that scary So is Pappagu's brand Crimin or Criminal? Good to hear Nami's theme again. I love it Where did Sanji go tho Straw Hats robbed him real clean xD The grand entrance of Neptune. I forgot he was so revered too I have forgotten a lot of things about him. Love the Straw Hats' reaction too And his whale is called... Hoe. Okay. Megalo incited them to get invited. Overall, a great episode once again. I love the feeling of watching my favorite anime in good pacing! |
