Many things to talk about after this episode as we now know what the KamiErabi is!
It is an AI developed by Ryo's and Kyo's father that has the ability to learn a lot faster and efficiently than humans.
And it seems like it was able understand what the consciousness is and how to manipulate it.
So when he asked it if it's possible to create a real God, it became God itself, which forced the true God to interfere.
Next episode we will learn how the new world was created and how the KamiErabi dealt with the true God. Can't wait for next week! (Obviously.)

Even without next week's episode there are some things we know are true in retrospect and some we can speculate about.
We know that the KamiErabi can grant anyone a wish by manipulating the shared "dream" everyone lives in.
It's not clear though if it's capable of changing someones actions to fit with that wish or if it has to work with them to achieve the goal it's given.
This brings up questions about free will, which I'm not going to attempt to answer right now. (I'll probably make another comment to do so soon!)
My current concern is how was Ryo transferred to the new world if she didn't have a smartphone?
I have three guesses. Either she had an implant that her father was experimenting with as an extension of his project (not that unlikely) or there is some kind of link between father and daughter (it appears in many stories, but seems like a stretch in this case), or someone (probably the President) brings her in after the world was created and many people were in it (most likely scenario).
There are other topics I would like to discuss, but I'm a bit short on time right now, so that will be it for now.

EDIT: Added a missing word

It's time to discuss about consciousness and whether free will really exists.
Ryo's and Kyo's father believes that the world that we perceive is the one our senses indicate and we act accordingly.
I would go a step further and separate the consciousness from the brain completely.
I believe that the consciousness is only capable of observing what the brain perceives but has no influence on it.
The brain is a physical object that can sense its environment and react to it, while the consciousness exists independently of it but connected to it.
Their connection can be severed (like when the body is sleeping), but maybe also by artificial means.
If you accept what I've said so far it's not a stretch to assume that life is not but a movie being streamed to you (like watching anime!).

So my interpretation is that the KamiErabi found a way to link the consciousness of its users and make them believe they exist in a world where IT is God.
In other words, the KamiErabi just made a movie and forced everyone to watch it.
It doesn't matter if the original world is destroyed, because no one is watching the original movie anymore; they are already part of the new one!

You might be asking why they would still be able to exist in a world that is supposedly stored in the original one and consequently destroyed with it.
We don't currently know how the consciousness works, so I'm willing to assume, for the sake of the story, that a world for someone to exist in can somehow be created as separate from the one that produced it, and continue to exist no matter what happens in the original.
I'm suspecting this is also how Ryo is able to create parallel worlds, by commanding the KamiErabi itself to create them.
Likewise, Kyo is able to recreate his body in another world and move his consciousness to it, only because the KamiErabi does it for him!

And on that note, Kyo may not even be alive anymore. He might not have a consciousness.
He had died long before the KamiErabi was activated after all.
There was no consciousness in his body to transfer to the new world. He is just a result of Ryo's ability; purely a creation of the KamiErabi!
Specifically, Ryo's wish was for her brother to be revived, which I assume is impossible even for the KamiErabi.
Next best thing was for it to create a scenario that allows Kyo's physical form to appear in front her at that moment.
In the end, the KamiErabi calculated that the best option was to allow Ryo to create parallel worlds and her to instinctively create a world were Kyo isn't dead and was given by the KamiErabi the ability to move between parallel worlds it has created.
But everything in that parallel world is merely fabricated by the KamiErabi, including Kyo's physical form.
It IS possible that the KamiErabi is able to bring back consciousnesses after their death, but it would be sad when Ryo realises that Kyo doesn't exist.

NOTE: You could similarly explain Akitsu's ability, but it's not as complicated a Ryo's, provided you understood what I said about it last time, so I don't think it's necessary for me to do it right now. This comment is long enough as is.
Let's say it's an exercise for the reader! 😉
