the fight between oliver and nanao was great. great to see michela helping nanao and pete. cocoon class reminds me of the pokemon's butterfly transformation.

I was right, the scowling guy in the background last episode, Richards, is coming off like Draco from Harry Potter. He even has a couple of lackeys to back him up. They're pushing the Harry Potter likeness a little too much, I'm not even a Harry Potter fan, yet I see all the numerous similarities.

I found this episode kind of bland, it's really telling when I like the biology teacher character better than any of the main characters so far. Hermione...I mean Katie, seems kind of hypocritical. So her family owns demi-humans? Like...they're her pets or slaves or something? Let me guess, they're well taken care of, and are considered "servants", heck I bet they say "they're part of the family". Yeah right, excuse me while I scoff at her. Maybe that's why I enjoyed the biology teacher despite the anime obviously trying to make her look somewhat bad. I wonder if this anime is going to turn into one of those situations where I end up hating all the "good guys" and root for the "bad guys" instead.
