I think a0t3a was exaggerating just a little bit but you’re not exactly right either. Those scenes were sexualized and usually I wouldn’t have a problem with that (this is anime we’re talking about), but it felt out of place in this anime and thus the sexualization part stands out more. I wouldn’t say the show has a lot of sexualization, or any more than your typical high school anime (perhaps even less) but when it does happen it kind of feels a lot more dirty and wrong than normal high-school anime because it contrasts with the overall tone of the show. I loved the anime but man we could’ve done without the transformations and that stupid useless little robot. |

Just finished this series. I did not feel the nudity was used in a sexual way. All nude scenes are more on the artistic, cute and pure front. Nudity may be a hint to a character being easily hurt, honest, weak, open hearted, intimate, trustful or something similar.
This anime felt very artsy and I probably not get it in its entirety.
On crunchyroll the anime is intended for ages 12 and older. If you are worried, if this is appropiate, I would not worry.
People who dislike the very mild nudity without any bodily features are not able to discern between art and porn.You may ban nude art from art galleries as well, even if they were displayed for hundreds of years.
If you don't try to watch the anime frame by frame in slow-mo, you would never see anything like a "Pussy-Flap" or whatever the comments above me mentioned. But this may be the reason the show is called Flip Flappers LoL.
