| Watched Shirobako a while back and still haven't gotten off my mind on how enjoyable the show was , this show seems the most recommended, However the score is quite average. I know scores aren't all to go by but this is 25 episodes. and the scores for most PA works shows are usually consistent except Lull in the sea (don't know why that is so high) |

| I enjoyed this more than shirobako. Shirobako is much more stressful with its focus on deadlines and its settings are pretty much constrained within offices. As the nature of manga/anime making, plot devices tend to get repetitive. Sakura quest is much more laid-back and focus more on character progression and their struggles. It has a whole town to work with so you get to see something new every episode. Seeing how the town slowly getting livelier and folks getting happier gives a very heart warming feeling. It’s a much slower paced anime for sure so it might not be for everyone. |
