It's not like they grew up together or anything. If you were a teenager and suddenly the hottest girl in school is living in your house how do you think you'd feel about it?

They are up front though. In the synopsis it explains it. There isn’t an incest tag and even if there was, it isn’t like that’s the only way you can know the plot of a show
