Lessons you really applied to your life.

- What was the anime/manga/character?
- What was the lesson?
- How did you applied to your life?

Anime teaches the important of how marketing works. You cater to the target demographics 1st. In that way, I think anime accomplishes things other mediums tend to overlook.

Of course!

My main source of moral values in my childhood is Candy Candy.

Mainly because I was at the age of 8 when I was watching Candy and also as Candy want to became a doctor, help people in need. I start to aid others without any words from them, simply that I wanted it. Gradually I began to like people around me.

Main lessons in life that Candy tought me are: altruism, kindness, be strong in every difficult situation which occurs to you, never lose hope under any cicrumstances.

It is INDEED GREAT ANIME AND A MASTERPIECE!!

WHO HAVEN'T WATCHED IT, PLEASE DO SO!!

Shit men, I've learned so, so many life lessons from anime and now a new gen (my eldest son) is doing the same thing, he adores Asta from Black Clover and wants to be like him (never give up, fight for your goals, life gives you lemons, make lemonade kind of person).

Like any protagonists will say, it doesn't matter if you fail and fall down you can always get back up and start over and work hard..

But a bad guy will give you a dose of reality by saying It's exactly these people who are the reason for your failure to begin with and they're also the only ones who won't let you get back up, no matter what you do ...

So all those sugar-coated quotes and sayings are just lipservice and zen mantras found inside fortune cookies..

The word is full of hypocrites and liars swinging opinions and twisting the truth according to their needs and situations that favour their interests..

1. Plus ultra!

2. Don't judge a book by its cover. I have been left disappointed by some highly rated anime and have been blown away by underrated ones.

3. I can't think of anything right now. My brain is incarcerated.

I learned that hentai sex is way more wild than real life sex.
That's just my opinion.

Code Geass.
The one of the anime series I know that encourage moving forward and setting yourself on the future.

I discovered it in the episode where Lelouch confronts Charles the final time. While Charles was proven to be only occupied with the past and the world without change as Lelouch pointed out, Lelouch himself wants 'tomorrow'. Few episodes later, there were solid implications that Lelouch who became emperor have been planning ahead and even reach the thought of his own end (for those who understand what I mean after completing the series). Lelouch even said that as Charles was set on the past and Schniezel, on the present; Lelouch was focused on the future.

Though gradual, that anime etch this concept in my head for a while. For a several years, I been drawn to the past, to a life at 12 years old as I thought was way better than what it became during my teenage years and even since 2020; to times I wished I would have done better and earlier; and sometimes to the mistakes, failures, and disappointments that ruined me.

I'm certain if I were in Lelouch's shoes (or mask for that matter), I would be more than depressed and guilty for the same mistakes he made. I never thought how willing he is to move onwards and not look back regardless of his own failures.

But I have no doubt he would look at me in the eye and urge me to do the same (hopefully without using his geass). Thank you, Lelouch.
