the only similarities of OPM and Mob psycho 100 is the MC’s are the strongest in their respective universes and both are written by the same person. Mob is constantly Striving to better himself while saitama just sits around and waits for an opponent who can evenly match him. Mob has character flaws. Saitama’s only flaw is being lazy.
