IKKIsama said: To be honest there is a little manga exclusive scene where Shun gently reprimands Seiya for calling Aphrodite a weirdo, but that's an exception. Normally it was the other way around, it was implied that it was his femininity that was holding him back (thus Ikki claiming that Shun is actually stronger than him), Shun was trying to prove himself a man and his fight against Aphrodite can be interpreted as his struggle with gender dysphoria. Heck, even earlier in the series Seiya beat Misty because "he wasn't man enough to challenge himself and actually struggle". | Shiryu will always be my all time favorite, specially with the original anime cloth. But I also love Shaka (the BOSS mvp gold saint) and Fenrir (I really like his cloth lol) |
