| I really didn't expect them to melt, so that definitely caught me off guard. I wonder if something significant happened on Sakura's 7th birthday, or if that's just a random age CLAMP decided to use. Syaoran did seem to have some kind of foreign and depressed looked about him after hearing it. Although, I must admit, its been, what, 3-4 chapters of this? Isn't it time to move on? |
| Sakura's seventh birthday. I'm wondering if this is the same birthday that we saw, way back, in the flashback. Syaoran's look, after finding this out, scared me. Is it because this was the time Sakura so openly gave the clone the same birthday as herself? I don't think so. It wasn't until after they mentioned the "cleansing" that he got that look, and said "of course". Did something happen then that we have no idea about? Something to do with Real Syaoran, and not the clonie? This is what I think. The way I understood it, that by arriving and changing the time, they actually killed all these people. They didn't just disappear because they were illusions. That's pretty upsetting as well. It was creepy that they just kept having the same conversation, even though they weren't saying anything -- until they did say something, and changed it again. And isn't it interesting that this chapter was released the day after Sakura's birthday ^^ Those devilish ladies. Actually, now I wonder if Watanuki doesn't have something to do with Syaoran's look too. I want to know what the connection between them is! I've been agonizing over this for months and months xD |

| I agree! i really hope we don't get another chapter without any action, even though it's repeating the same time in their world, its also repeating in the manga, and now i think its just getting too repetetive, also i really hope that they explain whats going on with the cleansing, it sounds really ominous! XD |
