even tho i watched a small amount of shows i already have no idea what show should i watch next and everything i see on popular either has too many episodes for me to invest the time needed or just doesnt seem to me like im going to like it,and to simplify what im searching for:
-A unique show(one of those once in a lifetime animes like jojo and one punch man/mob psycho 100)
-Atleast a 6.50
-A fanbase that wont make me commit seppuku
-NO LOLI SHIT
-Im totally ok with being introduced into a new genre and the shows i denied watching were because of an outsiders perspective,if somebody has experience with the show they are talking about and give me a good reason to watch it i will be thankfull and atleast give it a try

My anime list for reference:
https://myanimelist.net/animelist/watchandlear
And if anybody has questions why i add shows so late i ussualy finish the entire show and then add it to the list

just start watching anime randomly
based on your list you have a massive pool to choose from
you've seen only 19 anime but already have 5 10/10s nad 9/10s
doesn't quite strike me as hard to please

You can start by watching any of the anime on my completed list.
Sort them by score and watch all of my 10s and 9s. They are all good except a few very personal ones. Seems like you and i have a similar taste.

Not sure about the fanbases for all of these, as i generally try to stay away from fandoms in general, but, i recommend you these:

91 Days

Death Parade + Death Billiards

Fruits Basket

Full Moon wo Sagashite

Fullmetal Alchemist + the remake Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood(I recommend starting with the 2003 version first as it fleshes out the earlier chapters and the characters better than brotherhood does.)

Hanasakeru Seishounen

Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi

Kobato

Kuragehime

Lovely★Complex

Mawaru Penguindrum

Noragami + the sequel Noragami Aragoto

Shoukoku no Altair

Steins;Gate

Zetsuen no Tempest

+1 Yamato 2199

Zegapain
The Big O
RideBack
Hanebado!
Bubblegum Crisis
Kakegurui
Mazinkaiser
Granbelm (idk if this would classify as lolishit to you, but 75% of its runtime is smoothly animated mecha battles, and there's almost no fanservice with the girls)

If so, why don't you try to read some manga?
For example, I see you loved Jojo franchise. You can start reading it from where anime stopped. Part 6 is really great and Part 7 is considered the best part of Jojo and is even considered the best manga in existence by many (#2 on MAL's top list btw). You will more likely wait for these parts to be animated for many years, so you'll miss a great experience by not reading it.
Oh and it's fully colored

I personally recommend Neon Genesis Evangelion, what is in my opinion one of the most unique animes of all time and an all time classic, and death parade for its unique concept :)
