I haven't read the manga but this looks really good. I'm definitely going to check it out.

Dang, they got perfect VAs for Kufa and Melida. Usually the anime voices don't end up meshing with the voices I had in my head for them reading the manga, but these work really well. I'm impressed!

I must say I read the first 20 or so chapters of the manga adaptation and I found them quite well done. It definitely felt more unique than most mangas or anime that follow the battle-magic academia type plot. The characters are decently written and even 2-dimensional characters have their own motives, feelings, and place. So when I looked at the studio I was left disappointed cuz I believed they might butcher the tv series. But color me impressed this trailer looks hella promising. Usually, you can tell if something is bad by just looking at the trailer, especially with this sort of anime and in general, but this one did not really tick any red flags. Perhaps the studio might do a small success with this anime.
