First once again we didn't see too much of Eijun, second I don't know how this was in manga but this feels kind of too pushed and fast forwards... I mean they fight so hard to be in Koshien and now they've already won few games and we didn't had opportunity to watch them kind of "live". There is lack of action but it's also a bit similar to first two episodes of first season. Maybe they want to build the momentum and first show us that some of guys have grown mentally. I know that either in next game Sawamura will be pitching or he will not and Furuya will suffer some another injury.

This was actually just like the manga, haha. I totally feel you, the beginning of Act II feels quite rushed, and tbh, it's not just the beginning, but here and there, there will be games that go by rather quickly. Of course, it seems weirder here because, as you mentioned, they worked really hard to get to Koushien, and suddenly they're at the quarterfinals.

Ayy, we get to see Hakuryuu. I quite like Mima ^^ Totally forgot about seeing all those other schools though, such as the twins.

I love seeing Eijun's envious expressions lol. Can't say that I like seeing Furuya getting all the spotlight either, although he deserves it. Need more Eijun.

@tingy Proves Tokyo actually being filled with strong teams.
