BRO I FORGOT HOW AMAZING THIS SHOW IS. I am rewatching because season 3 is coming out and oh my days this is the 4th time I am watching season 1 and I am completely blown away yet again. The opening is flawless you don't even need to understand it but you vibe with it 2 your core. I forgot how quickly we get into action and see violence. See Tanjiro lose his family broke my heart I honestly don't know how he stayed composed the sheer willpower you need to be able to carry your sister to the hospital straight after seeing your whole family get slaughtered respect. The soundtrack was amazing for each scene and the sound design was on point the unsheathing and heating of the sword the crunch underneath the sword everything was so well put together for this first episode. The animation as well just but looking into their eyes you can tell what they are feeling from how well-drawn everything is. The unbreakable bond between him and Nesuko is unprecedented to the point they stop a ******* in his tracks. Demon slayer really is a 10/10 anime and even though I have watched it before the fact I am still speechless proves how good it is.

Well, I think the time has come for me to finally watch Demon Slayer. I'd put it off for a long time but now my younger sister has been telling me to watch it.
So far I like the art and the setting. I've always liked historical shows (not like i'm expecting Demon Slayer to be very 'historical' but I like seeing stuff that at least doesn't take place in the present day), and this one seems like it will be fun. So I'm looking forward to what I'm expecting will be good animation and dumb, over the top shounen battles, ha.

This show is a lot more mature than I thought it'd be, and it's really well done. Tanjiro is smart and observant. I'm glad I finally gave it a chance after watching a couple episodes of Hell's Paradise which has two episodes out currently.

How awful for our sweet protagonist that was such a pillar of his sweet family and community. After experiencing so much death in my own life, I can no longer handle the slaughtered family storyline. It's gut-wrenching every time I see it. Nothing can ever heal someone from loss like that.

I love his new friend. He's really wise and has great advice. He saw potential in Tanjiro from the beginning.

I finally have the chance to watch this series. I feel bad for Tanjirou :( He lost his family and Nezuko even became a demon.

the main guy (forgot his name) seems so sweet and wholesome but of course the tragic backstory was needed in order for him to become a great demon slayer. nezuko is adorable even as a human eating demon uwu

giyu guy was cool. i want to see more of him in the future episodes. it seems like he can relate to main guy a lot and he probably has his own tragic backstory that we'll find out later.

i've heard a lot of good things about this anime from colleagues so i hope it'll live up to all the raves.

The First thing that i found to comment about honestly was the weird thing with the main characters nose im not sure whats up with that but i found it very unrealistic and well...concerning that some kid knows the smell of blood immediately also theres the fact that he magically smelled it from so far away i get that shows tend to give the main characters special traits but serious what is he a Dog or something it gave me the cringiest feeling i have had in awhile.

Well, so far from the first series, I see another main character with undiscovered potential, who will become stronger and stronger until he finally reaches his goal, the motivation of such heroes is usually revenge, saving a loved one, as in this case, along the way around himself he will attract people and in the end there will be some kind of effective swing with a cool with a plot twist, this season will end.

Sometimes I forget the anime community also grew up on Gundam wing where not a single character is remotely sane all like Relena and heero's romance I will kill you and then him saying he'll thank Zachs by killing him because they're all addicted to war and combat and glorify it and don't know how to live any other life but that. Because I watched this episode, and I was like Dannnggg they went out of their way to traumatize their audience right from the start.

I'm not saying it's bad, it's just anime can sometimes take things to an Extreme for Dramatic impact that might exist in other media, but rarely. Noteworthy for these kinds of extremes, the handmaid's tale and snowpiercer in western TV.

I'm not saying this show won't be good, but I primarily tuned in because I'm a merchandise seller for Anime shows and I've heard good things about how the stuff from this particular one sells, so I need to familiarize myself with its characters.

I like it, Don't take it even as a complaint or such about it being Traumatic the wrong way, some things can be entertaining and Painful to watch at the same time, this being one of them.

But I don't usually watch stuff this dark or that goes out of it's way to plunge into the darkness so quickly. I remember how popular like Chainsaw man got and I was just like nahhh no thanks.

Roooolling shit, good animation my friends, great first episode, i think showed little of the world but presented its protagonist very well, I just think that some of the dialogues were a little too expository a lot, but other than it was good
