To start with , i was looking/searching for old anime and this caught my eye...so far the poster seems better xD

The problem is that i found this anime on netflix :- https://www.netflix.com/jp-en/title/80203650

Now netflix is showing that it have total 121 episodes [Season 1 -> 38 episodes + Season 2 -> 44 episodes + Season 3 -> 39 Episodes] and MAL is showing 136 so does wiki..So i just wanted to know that where can i find those missing 15 episodes

I can only find 14 episodes ( sub ) online. So where are the rest of the episodes?
It's quite a shame I would like to see the rest of the show in its entirety.

You'll be able to watch all episodes eventually on their youtube channel.

The article says that all 121 episodes will be subbed. Anime News Network's own database say's there's 136 episodes. I hope we don't miss out on any; I like what they've uploaded so far.

Comparing to the published Japanese subtitles of the 121 episodes I found in the internet to the episode list, I'd say the missing episodes are:
15 日本風カレー
20 食卓の広がり
23  牛なべの味
25 舌の記憶
26 食べない理由
27 激闘鯨合戦(前編)
28 激闘鯨合戦(後編)
36 スープと麺
40 真夏の氷
42 大豆とにがり
51 レモンと健康
54 江戸ッ子雑煮
55 しょう油の神秘
95 及第ガユ
123 究極VS至高 対決!!スパゲッティ

For the most part, these match with the episodes marked with the ※ in the list (however, the list contains some more ※ marked ones).
These episodes are included in the Blu Ray release.

I'm only up to 42, but some of the stuff in the anime is Ok in the 80's and 90's but no longer in the 2010's post MeToo and Post PC world.

....and the show actually VERY VERY political itself. just look at below of the Cut episodes:

- Episode 15 depicts a specific soba shop in Tokyo, so i guess the owners dont want their shop to be shown anymore.

- Episode 20 depicts a marriage on the rocks because of food and wife's cooking, its probably not "kosher" in the post MeToo world.

- Episode 25 talks crap about battery farms eggs (cage, industrial farmed eggs), 30 years later, things got worse in Japan, 90%+ of eggs in Japan is now battery/cage farmed. so they cant show that without getting crap from local egg businesses.

- Episode 27 & 28 is missing becase it related to Whale meat and the whaling industry, and would be a very politically controversy thing

- Episode 36 talks crap about imported wheat flour and adding lye water in noddle making... 30 years later... the practice is the norm and I remember some Chinese are really not happy with the showing talking crap about lye water/alkaline noodles given it's a type of noodle in itself.

- Episode 40 talks about polluted groud water in Japan, that battles looong lost now....

- Episode 42 talks about chemical additives in tofu making, again, that battles lost, even small tofu shops now use the chemicals....

I think they self-sensored some episods to avoid controversy...
...after all the Oishinbo Manga was cancelled in 2014 because of it's volume on Fukushima post the Nuclear diaster..

Another episode with the same conflict was not cut. There's more dumb stuff they didn't cut, like the episode that says cake is a healthy snack for preschoolers.
