| This first episode felt a bit stiff & awkwardly paced, but it's definitely captured my interest. It's somewhat reminiscent of Grancrest Senki, which had a slow moving start but shaped up nicely as time went on. Seldom do I get to see this type of setting, most especially in anime. I think perhaps the last time I saw something explicitly centered around Ottoman history was Assassin's Creed Revelations. OP & ED are great as well. Hearing SID gave me Magi vibes. |

| That was cool wasn't expecting that to be the end. Looks like it will be more complex which is good fits the show. I like how he is smart and tough with his golden hair. |
