It seems to me like this is the perfect chance to start an anime season for the whole second game. Even if not now, I hope they announce an anime adaptation for it, even a 13 episodes series like the first season would be ok. It would be a pity to see it skipped or shortened into 23 minutes of the next episode.

If you watch DR3, that mean you already know what happened in DR2. And a adaptation won't be a good idea because they won't have enough time to tell everything that happens during DR2 in 13 episodes

And the same can be said about the adaptation of the first game, and yet there is one. I would definitely prefer an anime of the second game with 25 episodes. But even a season with 13 episodes is better than no anime adaptation at all.

Sadly, there's a lot of people that blindly wants DR3 without playing the games, and so they won't get to enjoy the characters as much those that played the games.

DR1 anime was considered a flop, they have no plans to adapt DR2 into an anime at this time anyways.

I'm fine with it being one episode as long as they wrap it up nicely. I don't need an anime adaptation of DR2 although it would make sense from a perspective of a person who only wants to watch the anime and not play the games or for someone who likes to experience both(like myself). From a business standpoint though if DR1 is indeed considered a flop like the person above me mentioned then I see no reason for them to do so if they could lose money on it.

That seems highly unlikely. :/ Quoted from this interview with Kodaka:

"Are there any plans for an anime adaptation of Danganronpa 2 on the way?

That’s not something he can answer. [The translator rethinks his translation.] I rescind my translation. It’s not so much that he can’t talk about it, it’s that it tends to be difficult. [SPOILER ALERT] The ending of Danganronpa 2 is a game within a game, so to do that within a medium like an anime would be very difficult. [END SPOILERS] So he’d like to see the concept with Danganronpa used in a different way, in a different setting, but he knows that a 1:1 “This is what happened in the game, and this is what happens in the anime” would be impossible, so he doesn’t really see that necessarily happening or being viable."

I really don't see how they can possibly wrap all this up neatly within the space of one regular-length episode; it just seems like the end of the Future Arc left things at a point that was close but also really far away from a proper ending at the same time. After all, how many plot threads are still going at this point?

I don't think they would make an anime of the second season after what happened with the main seiyuu. The new voice of monokuma is just plain bad, and they realized it themselves, that's why you haven't heard it much. Also a 25 episode count is highly unlikely based on these other series.
