The father has played his role both as a teacher and as a dad brilliantly so far! The anime doesn’t strip itself of realism; instead, it embraces it, showing you a mix of cuteness—represented by little Tsumugi—and seriousness—represented by Inuzuka as both a parent and a teacher. This balance makes you, without even thinking, appreciate the show.

The inclusion of Iida in the story clearly adds depth. She seems to have a past: her parents are divorced, she’s afraid of knives, and she probably feels lonely too. That makes us excited for future episodes. It’s obvious Iida will become a central figure in the story! As for the father, how he struggles to see his daughter Tsumugi happy—it’s a reminder that all fathers are like that. If you still have a living father, respect him! Sure, there are exceptions, I won’t deny that, but the very word “father” embodies parenthood and kindness, just as Inuzuka shows. If a man doesn’t fulfill that role, does he even deserve to be called a father?

Tsumugi’s cuteness and charm in this episode were a little less than usual, but she’s still the light of the anime! Always cheerful, always bright, and that fills you with comfort!

So far, this anime is a 10/10, and I still firmly believe I’ve stumbled upon a real hidden gem that’s been around since 2016.
