This whole fight and drama for the throne seems kinda rushed imo. I think this is the final chapter of the series as well but feels kinda underwhelming :/

Geeze, poor civilians.

I wish I wasn't so confused while reading this manga sometimes. Maybe a reread will help though?

So Belca stepped down and Orcelito will be ruler? I guess Belca will be helping from the outside.

Gotta say, I'm very happy with this ending just because everyone survived and got to be together in the end. *all my crais*

I'm late to the party but as far as I remember, Belca never intended to take the throne and rule in Orcelito's stead, unless Orcelito actually died but he tried his best to prevent that. Some people wanted him to after they realized they couldn't take control of Orcelito but I feel like Belca's dream about living peacefully with one of his broters as the king hasn't really changed since volume 1, actually I even feel like his journey gave his dream more meaning. As for the manga being confusing at times, I think the inconsistencies in the spelling of people and places' names aren't always helping (Koal/Coal is one of the few examples) but I also feel like Sensei is the type to build their world and leave out details they feel irrevelant to the stories even though they're so interesting!
