| I'll be completely honest, I'm not sure that I liked that Hiroshi's osterosarcoma was just healed at the end. I mean, I was really enjoying this prior to that & the ending was going to be one of my favorite parts. It just feels a lot more meaningful had he not & it wouldn't have been a downer ending or anything. Bittersweet sure but I feel this would've had a bigger impact on me had it not gone the everything ends perfectly happy route & instead took the more "mature" route, for lack of a better word. That said, I did enjoy this a hell of a lot more than the last two chapters in here. I do feel, on the Occult Detective Group only has two good characters, Reiji & Yuuko while the other two are just there but I can forgive that since I do quite like Reiji & Yuuko. |
