| I'd have to say Death Note is 100% what your looking for, and jormungand has some aspect of what your looking for but more in the second season, jormungand is a moderately dark themed show with guns, blood, and action xD. I highly recommend both. |

| +1 Log Horizon, the main character rather than being some badass head first fighter is a super smart strategist and supporter to everyone else. +1 Death Note, it's very similar to Code Geass(Code Geass most-likely was heavily influenced by Death Note) but there isn't any actual fighting outside of probably the greatest mental battle in the history of anime. |
