He began his first day by stating that in 1 year he would destroy the Earth. Seeing as he previously destroyed 70% of the moon, it's safe to assume this guy is not bluffing. Akatsuki
Log Horizon
One day the players of the video game Elder Tale wake up to find themselves re-incarnated inside the game as their avatars. As bad as this is on its own, Akatsuki was additionally burdened by being trapped inside her male avatar's body. After Shiroe helps her find a gender-changing potion she swore fealty to him. Akatsuki is in every way a true ninja, from her calm and collected demeanor to being able to swiftly strike and kill from the dark. This skilled assassin can take down a single person or an entire group of targets before the enemy ever knows they are in danger.
Kurome
Akame ga Kill!
Kurome is one of the younger anime assassins audiences have seen, but that does not mean she is not deadly. While she is normally a fairly awkward, candy-loving girl, her dark side comes out in battle. As the second strongest Jaeger behind General Esdeath, she can single-handedly wipe out entire groups of enemies without being scratched.

Ein
Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom
The organization Inferno is the most prominent mafia group in America thanks to their ultimate weapon, codenamed Phantom. Her real name is Ein and she knows nothing of her own past. Kenshin Himura
Rurouni Kenshin
Kenshin was once known as Battousai the Manslayer for the speed at which he dispatched enemy soldiers during the Japanese Revolution. Although his skill tipped the scales of the war, the horrors of those conflicts made Kenshin vow to never take life again. Despite many years of living a civilian life, Kenshin’s skill as a swordsman has in no way diminished. Whereas some other assassins work only by striking suddenly, Kenshin has no problem with taking out enemies in a direct fight as well.
Alphard Alshaya
Canaan
Alphard Alusha leads the terrorist organization Snake and is more than willing to kill anyone in order to achieve her objectives. Noir
Noir was once the codename used by a legendary, unstoppable assassin. Now the title has been taken by a pair of women, one of whom is Mireille. As one-half of the new Noir, Mireille is also unusual for being one of the handful of anime assassins to regularly work with a partner.
