Welcome! You love to claim, don’t you? Fufufu. Here you can claim your favorite killer from your favorite anime/manga, and also share opinions about anything related to fictional killers.
I was thinking about a club like this and finally I made it.
Follow the rules and everything will be okay.

1- You need to have 100 posts.
2 - You can claim only <u>ONE</u> character, male or female, your choice.
3 - Always check <!--link--><a href="
http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=38787">HERE</a> before claiming to make sure your character is not taken. FOR THE LAST TIME: SPLIT PERSONALITIES DO NOT COUNT AS ANOTHER PERSON.
4 - You can change your claim only once, and if you do so, make it clearly visible, please.
5 - If you want a banner provide us a good pic. And try to choose it as killerish as possible. ;-3
6 - If you make your own banner, please post it <!--link--><a href="

<span style="font-size: 220%;"><span style="color:purple"><u>.IMPORTANT NOTES.</strong> READ OR DIE</u>.<!--color--></span><!--size--></span>
<span style="font-size: 130%;"><strong>The character you want to claim has to be a killer.</strong> This means he/she must absolutely had killed at least one person in his/her life (suicides do not count, of course). He/She could kill for work, for pleasure, for necessity, for revenge, or because he/she is a psycho, in any case he/she must MURDER. This is a needed rule for being different from the “Hire A Villain” club, because not all the villains are killers, and not all the killers can be considered villains.
Your character could kill people, demons, or whatever he/she wants to murder. The only thing not allowed are animals. So yeah, if your character likes to torture kittens, I’m not going to accept your claim. None of my clubs will ever support or promote animal violence, period.
Last but not least: <strong>if proving that your character is a killer could be a spoiler, use spoiler tags.</strong> This way at least the other users won’t have bad surprises. ^^ Anyway, try to spoiler the less you can.<!--size--></span>

- People who murder demons, vampires, or zombies
- A creature (demon, vampire or zombie) that murders people or other creatures

Raito Yagami, Saya Otonashi, Dante, Alucard, and the crew of Highschool Of The Dead are allowed.<!--size--></span>

<span style="font-size: 150%;">- Shinigami
- Animals, or people who ONLY kill when they are in animal form
- Vampires who BITE people or other vampires (without killing them)
- Zombies (eating flesh does not make them murderers)
- People who hire/pay/order other people to kill someone (in other words, people who don't directly kill people)

<strong>Character</strong> (you shall always provide the MAL page)
<strong>Anime/manga</strong> (videogame characters are accepted only if the game has a manga/anime adaptation)
<strong>Proof he is really a killer</strong> (or a link that proves his/her killer istinct)
<strong>Banner</strong> (yes, please / no, I’ll make it myself)
<strong>Banner size</strong> (if you want your banner to be in a certain size, say so)
<strong>Pic</strong> (if you want us to make your banner, provide a good quality pic)
<strong><span style="font-size: 150%;"><span style="color:purple">Banner makers and users who make their own banner: you must put "KILLER CLAIM" or "CLAIM A KILLER" somewhere in the banner in VISIBLE letters.<!--color--></span></strong>
