I highly reccomend people fans of classic cyberpunk OVA/movies and oldschool mecha/space/sci-fi series as well as hardcore crazy stuff such as the anime movie Redline and even Mad Max Fury Road to check 2000ad classic comic book series. Strontium Dog, Rogue Trooper, ABC Warriors, etc... Still my favorites from the genre and influenced cinema and anime a lot while still much more creative than so many childish crap I see these days. |

I see it isn't mentioned in the manga relations, so I'll bring it up. Anyone here have read 3 Level Combination? It is a manhwa that deals with human-robot relations. It could remind you of Metropolis movie or a few pieces from Robot Carnival, though being longer 3 Level Combination expands its story quite a bit more. It isn't a traditional cyberpunk (if there is such a thing), and it isn't an easy read, but I think it is worth it.If anyone have read it already, tell me what you think of it =) I wonder if you would call it a cyberpunk. |
