Naoko-san is an alien from the planet Yuri, who is plotting to conquer the Earth by yurifying it. Misuzu is a junior high girl and is always troubled by Naoko-san, who lives on the roof of her house. They hear rumors that a molester is wandering around in the area, so they decide to investigate.
Yuri Seijin Naoko-san is an evidence that the legacy of FLCL lives, whether it's in the high speed gags, whether in the what-the-fuckism that goes along with the episode. Here's what everyone should do: Watch the anime without looking at the sypnosis and form an opinion on it. This is something that can't just be overlooked just because it's 6 minutes long. It needs to be watched by as many people possible just so that we can figure out exactly what this anime is.
Is it good, bad, or something so bad it's good? This anime is something that needs to be identifyed by all of us as an anime loving culture because it feels like there should be a place for it in our culture.
Now we, as a culture, have to decide where that place is and whether it's a good one, or a bad one.
