Ladies versus Butlers!

main character becomes the butler of three female masters and he and his sister work with 2 other maids and butlers. The mistresses all tease him about his innocence with seductive advances. Likewise, in both shows: the main characters are trained to be ideal butlers, are full of ecchiness and fan service, and they are both clear cut harems. 

Similarities: Both involves girl in the higher echelons and guy in the lower class of the school's hierarchy. Both involves childhood friends attending the same school. Both have the same awkward situation where the main character has a bad start. Both have the same harem, school, romance and ecchi genre. Dissimilarities: In one anime the girl's school uniform is way too hot for the girls, while in the other anime their school uniforms makes them girls look like grannies. One has an extra action genre while the other has comedy. One started as an eroge game, while the other.....I don't know.  

Depicts the relationship between a commoner main character and a bunch of ojou-sama with a good dose of ecchi and romcom situations. 

Both shows have a harem style plot (or lack thereof) and have girls pretending to be butlers. There is also a similarity between Saikyou Tomomi and Kanade Suzutsuki in that they are both "S" type character who are out to ruin the protagonist's day. Though the comedies differ in setting and character backgrounds, the style are somewhat similar. 

Similar Harem story... The main protagonist is involved with high class rich girls in a harem mix... Both stories involve the guy transferring to the Rich School and getting involved with multiple girls both popular and the innocent... But there are more girls involved with the guy on Ladies versus Butlers! than on Princess Lover!. Both involve a witty/smart guy which is dissolved on the funny circumstances of the story. Difference is that, Princess Lover! can also get into serious mode while Ladies versus Butlers! is more comedic. 

Same producer, ecchiness, and character similarities 

Both of them got butlers, maids and arrogant masters lol :D but Ladies vs Butlers is ecchier than Hayete no Gotoku so if ur crazy for ecchi you won't be finding what u want that much.But they are good animes so if u didn't watch one of them go for it :P 

The humor is very similar, mostly based around ecchi and stupid, stupid girls. Both are also very much "fish out of water" stories; Tsukune is a human in a school for monsters; Akiharu is a normal guy in a school for ladies, butlers and maids. Then there's the best part, both shows don't take themselves seriously, it's ecchi fun! Watch with your brain switched off. 

A similar relationship with pseudo-delinquent guy, brunette osananajimi and blonde tsundere.

Made by the same studio (xebec) keijo has more plot and story with pervy puns, yes you read that right keijo has more plot than this anime. both are very heavy with fanservice however at the time of this review keijo has yet to go as far to show nipples, keijo doesn't really have any men in the show however there's still plenty of groping intentionall or not. lvb is a mother load of fanservice if you though keijos fanservice was over the top you haven't she anything yet. both shows offer a pretty wide variety of girls with body types and bust seizes. while both have their humor keijo is funnier, lvb has more accidental lewd moments and actually has nudity, while keijo just makes pervy jokes/puns and girls with pervy actions. read more 

Same genre and art style. 

Both involve a guy with many girls fawning over him. One is a purely ecchi series, while the other a semblane of a plot. Also, expect a lot fanservice, A LOT. 

It's similar in the way that , both main characters get in troubles with lots of girls, and happend they make girls love them without even notice, Harem  

both have a lot of fan service doesn't make for a good show 

one guy gets involved with a bunch of girls. although in isekai, the protaganist is from another world, and there is more action involving mechas. it's pretty ecchi and there is some romance too. 

They both involve 1 guy and a bunch of girls who like him. It also involves the different types of girls ranging from loli to tsundere.  

The art is very similar. Both has dishonest characters. eg.''i wasn't waiting for you, something happened thats all.'' It has the same feeling like a bit 'RANDOM' Both have 12 eps Both are harem,comedy and generic animes. Most importantly, they are both enjoyable  

there is a lot of Ecchi and Harem in both of these anime, some of the episodes, by some i mean all, tend to go over the top with the ecchiness. Maids seems to be a popular theme with the 2 anime, it also explores the many criticisms over the Maid / Butler X Master / Lady relationship
