both are mecha anime that have a lot of action, a cool cast of characters, and similar art. And they both give off the same sort of feeling.

I'm not sure how to explain it. When I saw Basquash I intently thought of Air Gear. Something about the main characters being bold and out going. A regular sport using advanced gear and such.

Both sports series deal with basketball on an alternate setting of the earth and time. Both characters hate the kind of basketball going on and want to change it by their own doings. As the players in Buzzer Beater enter the intergalactic Basketball championship, the people in Basquash! are going all-out in Big Foots (Robots) in the championships and streets.

Both animes are similar in a sense that both features the protaganist riding in a robot like vehicle and discovering the possibiliries it has in their lives.

Both animes are about basketball

Soul Eater and Basquash both have a loveable cast of characters, similiar art styles, and fastpaced action. Basquash seems to be aimed at a little more mature audience. Also Dan = Black Star

Both are mecha-related, futuristic, uses a lot of CGI, and advertise for companies (Basquash - Nike; Tiger & Bunny - Softbank, Bandai, Pepsi)

They're both space centred and in a distant future. They have both humongus machines, even if Basquash! is a sport anime and Sousei no Aquarion is a action anime. A tad of romance wich is not realice until later in the series and funny main characters. In the end they both have to save the world ;)

Basquash is basically Macross Frontier with basketball replacing alien invasion.

There are distinctively settings relating to Basquash and Kill la Kill's worlds. There's an advanced city where the rich and famous people resides in. Then, there's a town of poverty where our main characters are known to cause trouble. However, they get themselves caught into an event that changes their lives forever. Both series classifies themselves as action packed anime with a lot of intensity, integrity, and dominance. The main characters goes up against the best of the best to prove themselves worthy of their names. Various themes are explored in both series as the main characters embraces their identity.

These 2 series aren't the same since Basquash involves ball (basketball) and the other is just randomness i guess... But! Both series has some "Boing" and the main character fantasies about a "little sister" saying something

Barely linked by basketball show with some adventurous matches. Basquash has shown major improvement in graphics after so many years. But Slam Dunk dominates in story and entertainment. Basquash's style is a bit too childish despite some ecchi screens provided.

French animator Thomas Romain is one of the brains behind this series, and was also one of the four key people behind Oban Star Racers. Both share a unique not-so-Asian flare and really nice CGI mixed with traditional animation.

Both series took the standard mecha genre and pulled a unique spin on it. Eureka Seven had the mecha sky surf. Basquash had them play basketball. Both have a wonderful setting, and great attention to detail. And both have a character start starts of rather arrogant

Even thought both of these anime are very different, they have 1 thing in common: Basketball, If you like Kuroko no Basket it doesn't necesarry mean you'll like Basquash however if you like basketball do give it a try, visa versa as well.

Made mostly by same people, it features idols and intense mecha action and has really similar feeling to it.
