Lord of Planet Recap: (Minor spoilers)
Yun Fei Xue appears to be the son of a family patriarch or high ranking security personnel entrusted with escorting a mythical Dragon vein when they encounter an ambush set up by a mysterious sorcerer. The ambush aimed to provoke Fei Xue's older brother and kill his father; Upon this happening young Fei Xue encounters a shrine where a dragon spirit lays dormant until it activates on Fei Xue's arrival. After this encounter Fei Xue takes charge of the household after his father and brother go missing and grows up to be conceited on the surface while investigating the

incident that happened to his brother and father. The dormant dragon spirit reawakens and has sinister plans with Fei Xue's body. Does this dragon spirit has something to do with the stolen dragon vein and the disappearance of Fei Xue's father and brother or is it another obstacle hindering the investigation?
Story & Characters: 5/10
The story feels more like a mystery, suspense than a typical cultivation donghua. It doesn't help that the purpose of Yn Fei Xue's journey is to investigate his past and exact revenge but without a proper cultivation or networking it doesn't feel logical. The existence of the dragon spirit inside Yun Fei Xue only to hinder the experience does feel distracting and irrelevant to the development of either characters; Furthermore, there are a lot of characters that don't necessarily develop further than being introduced. The culprits that are involved with the dragon vein transaction also appear more disposable. Overall, an incompetent main character easily swayed by conceited emotion ruins the viewing experience + the existence of another personality makes it a lot more unbearable when it hinders progress of character.
Art & Sound: 6/10
No new development in donghua CGI quality in this series. It's the same as many keyframed character rigged animation with all the same character designs and set design as well. The fighting feels too fast and ends in seconds and there seems to be a lot of colorful symbolism or aura that fills the screen without too much lore which makes it confusing to follow.
The voice acting isn't too bad, the sounds and music choice aren't good or bad just above average.
Overall & Enjoyment: 5/10
This is a very rough review based on 4 episodes but I don't think it will develop beyond its current characters and storyline. The plot direction is basically trying to find out the culprit while MC fits into his normal life - Essentially a double life but without an overpowered main character (the main character seems to be lending his powers from the dragon spirit) also the female main character just follows MC wherever he goes since he is good at gambling with ingredients inside stones. not the best combination of characters and plot direction so be aware.
