Nichigo (日5), a shortened name for the 5 p.m. time slot on Sundays, is Mainichi Broadcasting System (MBS) and its sister network Tokyo Broadcasting System (TBS)'s anime programming block. Nichigo was first launched in April 2008 to replace the Doroku (土6) anime programming block, which aired at 6 p.m. on Saturdays from 1992 to 2008. Best soundtracks composed in anime with the best song title included in my opinion. This stack is for shows with either heavily implied or canonical lesbianism, and mecha robots/weapons (mecha here is more of a vibe than a defined concept). If you're looking for action-packed shows with GL elements and weapons then this is the stack for you. Thrown together for personal reference; does not include shows that I cannot vet the content of due to having no experience watching, and the quality of shows listed is irrelevant. Animes with female leads packing with action Explicitly Cannon Couples and Hard Subtext Shows. Subtext shows listed here have substantial content and not just a little bit of teasing here and there. Subtext can also be an unspoken focal point of the series. These are shows I can actually recommend and like enough to suggest checking out. Various types of series that involve some sort of LGBT representation, be it in characters, relationships, plots, etc. Some powerfully executed mecha and sci-fi anime! If you're in for some action, drama, and some political, psychological, or philosophical subject matter, these are good anime recommendations. Please, give them a watch. A list of the most popular and well known tsunderes. It's not exclusively love triangles, just any anime I've seen where there are both male and female love interests looking at the same character. I'm always looking for more examples! <3 A stack anime series and movies (mostly Ghibli) that have a female protagonist from my completed anime list. I see this story pattern in anime where young people under 18 who are, not so enthusiastically, made to save the world/a crisis in their storylines. Here’s some anime that fit this trope. Yeah, we get it. You wanna ship two guys together. Well then, what about we make a twist on that for once, and ship two girls together that aren’t cannon? I mean, they’re hot and they look nice together, so why not? These entries are compiled up of series where it’s CGDCT or where two girls are close to each other and often think about each other. Anime for a common audience that includes representation of marginalized communities without being narrowly focused queer or quuerbaiting content. The purpose of the list is to try and neutrally compile a list of shows with a diverse cast that isn't subject to the heavy fascination with ships and other wishful thinking. Therefore, you will not see any "heavily hinted" and other typical speculation for such stocks here. Getting started with Gundam can be tough because of the multiple timelines and the varying amount of time a viewer must invest to watch the show(s) depending on which timeline they choose to go with. Things are not as simple as picking which one is best; some fans will argue that a certain series is the greatest Gundam show, while other fans will argue for that same show being the worst of the franchise. Knowing how the shows interact with each other is the first step to figuring out what you want to watch, and this stack will help to guide you through that process. |
