This season is pretty much the same as the first one. In fact, they're so similar that if you showed me a random episode from the series a few months from now, I'd probably have a difficult time placing it. So even though that's likely enough information for most people to make a decision about whether or not to watch this, I'll go through all of the points anyway, because I feel like this show deserves at least one proper review.

If you know me too well, I actually kinda liked the 1st Season (or rather the 1st cour) of this series.
HOWEVER! This 2nd season / 2nd-cour just dropped the bomb. LITERALLY. Expanding another 13 episodes, the 2nd season dives into where Season 1 ended with the Arthur team encountering the world-destroying goddess Pharsalia, with the thought that where they stood at Season 1's end wasn't even gonna hit her hard, the Arthur team took another approach. AND IT'S A WEIRD BUT NECESSARY APPROACH: Fairy Combine. Like, seriously, I get it that the fairies have been there with the team, and with the writers putting in this plot device ... |
