As the title says, these are anime series that have been overlooked and forgotten through time, but are nonetheless good watches, they just aren't popular enough. I also gave my personal opinion for every anime in this compilation.

Anime that takes place or features Enoshima Island.
Feel free to recommand more to me.

Newly released & mentionable titles aired in 2014. Sequels, spin-offs, OVAs, and related movies are not included.

I don't normally recommend my 9+/10, but some shows just deserve some more love.

Here's some anime that I think are more than deserving of a bigger audience.

(tried to keep it below 500k members)

The most beloved characters that Kenjirou Tsuda voices. This list is in order of the characters with the most favorites to those with the least.

*This is not all of the anime Tsuda was a voice actor for.
- Anime in the ecchi genre has been removed.
- Anime with less than a 7.0 ranking is removed.
- Anime with less than 50k members is removed.
- One title is included for each series. (Multiple MHA & AOT added due to Tsuda's character not being in every season.)
- Anime such as Naruto & Tokyo Ghoul is not included due to Tsuda's character not having a "big part".

Not all of these shows have romance, but all of them I found to have beautiful production/soundtrack/story/themes/characters etc. A lot ARE romance but in general they all focus on characters navigating life and developing further. These made me feel some typa way emotionally, as I found them relatable/realistic or just feel good.

Anime that (at the time of editing) adapt the entirety of their source material

It's so rare that anime actually get adapted to completion without skipping major segments of the story, so the times that that's not the case should be celebrated!

You can be sure that if you decide to watch any of these, by the end of them you will be satisfied and not told to "Go read the manga"

- By default, original anime are non-eligible. This list will strictly be discussing adaptations, though not purely manga adaptations.

- I will only be including the "final" entry of any franchise featured

- Side stories do not count, only what is considered the "final" entry in their series

- I do not want to include series that majorly stray/skip source material

Preferably short and standalone, but I picked some long ones too (2000-2024). It's harder to talk about underrated in recent year;;
