Rizelmine

Both animes are about a boy who suddenly finds out he is engaged to a complete stranger and the girl that the boy is engaged to trys her best to the boy to like her and towards the end both of the boys end up warming up to the girlz! 

One day, a very ordinary boy suddenly finds a rather non-ordinary girl entering his life out of the blue, claiming to be picked out by the government to be his ideal partner. To prove this, she's accompanied by various technology gadgets and an array of "men in black" to work in the background, and she will do, or put up with, almost anything to entrance him. And lucky is that, as the boy from the very beginning shows an intense rejection towards this whole idea... 

Same exact concept.. forced marriage by the government.. although the fiancee is MUCH MUCH better looking and very cute than the loli Rizel... The boys are both equally annoying.. Rizelmine is a little bit more humorous. 

Both are somewhat ecchi and would make you lough out loud. The main female character have three fathers and are tough. They both have to marry the girl in order to save her life. They both comes to a an unexpected bond. Both are caring towards each other. Both series have somewhat romantic and funny moments as everyone tries to make their relation successful! 

rizelmine's character is similar to the persocoms of chobits, contains comedy and drama and a good ending without a doubt, I honestly almost cried in some episodes and would like to see more episodes but it seems not had much success in Japan, PS: i am a man and i am not EMO lol! 

In both series, there is the main protagonist and a girl who wishes to marry him although is turned down. Yup, "forced marriages" involving the main girl moving in with the guy. Of course, there is romance, comedy, and drama in the series. There is also some fan-service and tons of crude humor present as each episode progresses.
