Gun-dou Musashi

The stories follow two men who must travel a fantasy world fighting demons to rescue the woman they love. Also, these both are the pinnacle of Quality Animation! 

They are both...unique, in a sense. They share the same nonsensical plotlines and a rather interasting take on the word "animation" as in "standing still while moving the background" 

So bad that is good. Those two are like, totally random. Valvrave has great animation tho, Gun-dou.... not. At all. 

Both have similar feel to them and are shounenes with some badass battle scenes. Protagonist's of both titles are very smart and unique characters with unusual skills. Also both have very interesting style of art.
