Henshin Ganbou is a decent romantic one shot about a young boy trying to impress the girl he likes.
I like the simplicity of the narrative. The characters don't tease the readers or beat around the bush when it comes to sharing their opinion. It creates a story that's easy to understand and follow.
The art is easy on the eye and something you would typically see in a romance.
The comedy is well placed and executed, and after reading the story to the end you realize why certain elements were utilized

Don't "Look Back" in anger.
Look Back was a satisfactory one shot about two characters striving for purpose and self improvement. At first the plot showed similarities to that of Bakuman, as it had two friends working hard creating the best manga they could make, however throughout the story the narrative became quite ambiguous. The development of both characters was okay but it felt unnecessary to add in the alternate possibilities as it made it confusing to follow what was actually happening. Anyone who's thinking about reading Bouncer probably came from reading Out, so you might be seeing some similarities. However I believe there are a couple key differences between the two stories.
What I like about this series is that it turns a simple bouncer security job into an action packed drama with eye opening fights. This is not just an ordinary "delinquent" manga, but a series focusing on the dangerous night life of the city and the issues the main character and bouncers' in the series have to deal with; whether it be your average security or life threatening protection. I wouldn't recommend relying on this particular synopsis to determine whether or not you'll read this manga because it's similar to relying on the plot of Naruto or One Piece, the plot builds around the main character as they meet different people and experience different things in their "adventure."
The story is quite mature compared to other action series as it concentrates on the morality of various delinquents and the reasons behind their goals.
