| Cool, this show has its own Halloween theme based episode. Kinda creepy how the antagonist Digimon in this episode forces down those things down kids' throats and turns them into their drones. Oh and I kinda like Hiro's costume. |

| Pumpmon's triumphal return, loved this witch themed episode, Witchmon has a lovely design and I'm glad she wasn't really a villain, hopefully she shows up in the future, well another tease about Gulusgammamon. |

| I always enjoy the witch aesthetic and seeing more of it in anime and cartoons, and films/TV/media in general. But one very interesting thing to note in particular stood out to me as a milestone of sorts, which is that this might be the first anime series I've seen where a holiday is celebrated for a second time in the storyline and chronology of the show itself, indicating at least a year has passed going forward from there, and celebrated in the same place (Ruli's school) to boot. At least the beginning minutes of the episode made use of that setting again and it was their same annual event being held where the other kids were assisting with decorating, so it's something of a novel and surreal experience after starting the series last October of 2021 and seeing the fourth episode new then, which was also a Halloween-centered one. Of course, there are many series in which more than a year passes, either seen as the plot is playing out or indicated in massive flash forwards of a year or several years, but they don't involve marking the passage of time with holiday festivities. If anything, you usually see this more indicated - full passage of a year - with the return of a season, like spring, which the series started at. |
MFDOOMED said: I found it funny all three kids dressed up and got found out pretty quick. This show would make a fire videogame story for a free-to-play game. Even better if done by level 5 and a full price game with no gacha mechanics or feature creep. If only they could keep the high quality animation in a video game based on the show. I bet they would cut corners and be extra cheap like One Piece video games instead. As long as it doesn't turn into another "Digimon Survive" incident where the trailers misleading people thinking it was going to be an action RPG game and not 80% Visual Novel game. LOL ___ ___ ___ Apparently Witchmon gone too far cause she wanted friends... but doesn't like Humans... LOL Also, Witchmon asked if Gammamon is like "Dark Conqueror"... I wonder if that means Witchmon knows Gulusgammamon... hmmm... this makes me wonder if Gulusgammamon was a king back in the Digital World... (and we know Gulus isn't pure evil... in fact... he actively saves Hiro and group now... he doesn't just go berserk like the first time, he only goes after "evil digimon") |

| Witchmon turned out kinda cute in the end lol I’m assuming the Dark Conqueror is Gulusgamamon but it also may be meant to be a throwoff to mislead. |
