I myself will take to reviewing the series when it is completed so (as you did), I can give a fair and accurate review. People have also been slating the slowness of this series. Now I personally believe that was the case for the first Clannad series but I feel you need a series like this so you can become attached to the characters. But the Clannad series came really into its own when After Story was released. I personally hope this will be the case for Little Busters. It should be like that since Refrain is good enough to make the series a great ^_^

Just read your Little Busters review. Out of all the reviews I have read, your's is the most fair and accurate I have seen. I like your objectiveness and as someone who has completed the VN, I like the way how you emphasize the importance of Refrain which will make things more clear and hopefully show to others that Little Busters is another good piece by Key.

I apologize if I have accidentally spoiled other's interest towards this anime. In fact, I do notice that the storyline has somehow developed in an unnatural way. What i mean is that, the change in the plot is quite drastic. Well, I think we cannot fully blame the directors for this. This anime is highly condensed and concentrated. There are a lot of points which can be developed to arc. But due to the insufficiency of the episodes, a lot of the details has to be omitted, that's why the story seems quite odd.
Lastly, thx for your being patient to read my self-absorbed review.

I was intrigue by your avatar in Stein Gate discussion forum, so here I am checking your profile, I see that you haven't read 'Ichigo 100%", I highly recommend it, its 167 chapters and it ran in JUMP (2002-2005) magazine under the genre of romance, echhi, harem, so its amazing to last that long against battle manga like Naruto, One Piece etc.. the story is consistent and the characters are all likable.
There also an anime adaptation, I would only recommend reading it first, because the adaptation freshed out the story and focus only on ecchi/comedy.

Hmm, this series have potential in the dark stuff and drama aspect, done in its own special Shaft style. I myself believe that this show will be more of an introspection of Madoka herself.
I will finish the relevant books before I will start an analysis club. Mabye it will take a few weeks (there are 3 reference books that i am reading, and they contribute to a lot of pages and hours of time).
I do hope that those Shaft guys are not trolling us either. Even if they does, at least this anime introduce "Faust" to me.
Hope episode 4 will transcend episode 1,2,3
