Hello there! I private messaged this but saw that it needed to be a profile comment instead of a private message, so here’s my comment:

First of all a little bit late happy holidays Secret Santa! And thank you for an amazing gift!

Tbh I wasn’t too excited to see Nitaboh, I mean, as soon as I researched a little I understood it was THE shamisen movie, but I’m not a fan of traditional japanese music, and having to watch the movie in YouTube with a very low quality wasn’t very compelling either, but after watching it, I’m not a fan of shamisen, but I’m more of a fan than I was before, and I think that does says something, I would have given it a 10 instead of a 9, but I was pretty close to crying at the end of the movie, but couldn’t quite get there, so that’s why I gave it a 9, but in my heart it is a 9.5 hahahaha, I guess if it was in good quality (image and sound) maybe it would have made the trick and made me cry, but to my surprise I didn’t even once thought about the quality of the sound or the image, I was totally immersed in the movie, and that does says something too I guess…

I asked for a music and/or philosophical anime as a possibility, but didn’t expected a more perfect gift that is quite musical, and quite philosophical too, sorry for the long text, but I really loved the movie and wanted you to know that it was a really punctual and great recommendation, it truly was the perfect gift, thank you for that and I hope you received a perfect gift too!
