Who the heck are you?
I'm Nick (or fully Nicola, whichever you prefer), just a 18 year old (I'M BORN IN 1999, I stopped updating this years :D) man from Italy who likes to watch anime in his free time as well as playing videogames and do other shit any person loves to do at this age, expect me to bash on anime I hate and defend anime I love here and there, I try to be objective when rating something but please keep in mind that it's not always possible due to the overload of parameters that I usually make use of, so don't take ratings too seriously and get offended by them.
I'll accept any random friend request, so if you see me somewhere and feel like adding me, don't refrain, I bite no human.

• I outright hate the word "otaku" and I'd never identify myself as one. I think there should be no such thing as this social identity if it even is a thing;
• I absolutely hate any SAO fandom because they're absolutely cancer, made of people with no taste whatsoever who will get wet just when hearing the name "Kirito", males taking him as an example to follow because he's edgy and cool and all that crap;

• 04/Oct/16: Just added extra tags that work as categories when clicked ([HENTAI], [Rewatch_Needed], [Childhood_Entry], [Not_an_Anime];
• 16/Oct/16: Stopped using detailed ratings in the tags because it took me too much time to make "perfect", to begin using the 1-10 rating system more harshly (I need to make some distinctions on what's better and what's worse)

i don’t watch much anime either really, but i’m kinda semi-active on mal just bc i like to talk to people on here (even if it takes me a while to get back to them, like you!) you’ve been on the site for wayyy longer than i have, so be proud that you stayed active for that many years! good luck on finishing all those shows, i also watched a few episodes of made in abyss one day and proceeded to completely forget about it LMAO, but i hope one day i’ll find it in myself to complete it :)

Yeah Rebellion's biggest issue to me is that it just isn't as coherent as its predecessor. Madoka is airtight in theme and plot, while Rebellion seems like it has a lot going on that just doesn't really have a purpose other than looking cool, for example the Homura vs Mami fight. And then when the plot really did kick in, I didn't really buy it. A lot of people going around with the "Homura did nothing wrong" meme, but it doesn't fit my understanding of her from the TV show, and I don't think it makes sense with the rules the show established.
Anyway seems like you really changed your mind on K-On!!. Did you rewatch it?
As i look at your account i get all heated and want to write some hate comment then i see you apriciate my favorite shows such as fool cooly, cowboy bebop, samurai champloo. You got me more confused then the ending the evangellion. lol
Thx man! I hope you enjoy all of my favorites. Brotherhood imo, is definitely overrated. I think it gets most of its praise because it has less flaws than every other shonen. However, it doesn't even come close to having the immersive atmosphere, emotional impact, and thematic depth that fma 03 has. Fmab is actually a typical shonen done right. Fma 03 has a whole lot more to offer. In fact, I hesitate to even call Fma 03 a shonen. It was a groundbreaking piece of fiction that set the bar for how wonderful stories could be in anime. It delved in philosophy, mystery, drama, psychology, and the consequences of war. Fmab has some of the same stuff, but its half baked like a freaking Disney movie. I didn't even start liking it until episode 30. Then I got bored again and gained back my interest on the last 15 episodes. The ending was also utter trash imo. I greatly prefer Fma 03's ending tbh. I could go on and on, but you get the point.
I see. being the Director and doing the Script is really impressive. I really like Shinbou cuz his influence is out of this world :3 I doesn't do the story that much as far as i know
