If you've already waited till this point then I'd recommend waiting a bit more and consider playing DS3, Sekiro, BB and Elden Ring on PS5 since these games are 30fps on PS4 and the graphics are not as good as the PS5 version. You can however start out DS1 and 2 because they're both at a solid 60fps on PS4.

Zestiria seems to be the black sheep of the series as I know many people didn't like it but I still plan on playing it one day and formulating my own opinions on it.

Nice I've heard good things about Utawarerumuno. I'm playing this indie game called Messenger it's heavily inspired by Ninja Gaiden and has this cool ninja aesthetic to it. The game I'm most looking forward to is Elden Ring.

I have only played 3 Tales of games.

My rankings for them would be: Vesperia > Berseria > Arise

I plan on playing the rest of them eventually.

I also like your prof pic. I loved Alphen and Shionne's relationship but I was a bit disappointed we didn't get to see Dohalim/Kisara and Law/Rinwell share their romantic feelings and kiss each other.

How many Tales of games have you played and how would you rank them?

I think shipping across franchises is the only way shipping remains light hearted and fun and wont turn toxic. Shipping within a franchise will lead to rivalries and arguments online. And that doesnt sound like fun. It can also lead to disappointment if your ship doesnt work out and a character pairs up with someone else. I remember I watched this trash anime years ago (probably among the first 50 anime I ever watched) called Shuffle where the protagonist chose a girl to be with among his harem. It was the most uninteresting pick he couldve made. Also ship teases a.k.a "will they, wont they" romances are lame. Those always feel like a massive waste of my time.

I have only one ship, and its across franchises. Namely, Charlotta from Granblue Fantasy and Goku from Dragon Ball GT. Not Dragon Ball Z or Super, but GT. Charlotta would probably be very enamored by GT Goku because she loves heroes who fight against overwhelmingly strong bad guys and also because little GT Goku can become big Goku, meaning that he could give her hope that one day maybe she can become tall as well. And Charlottas personality is kinda similar to Chi-chi, Gokus wife, meaning if Chi-chi isnt there then Goku might actually be interested in Charlotta. Goku does like women who can fight, and Charlotta is pretty freaking strong.
