Story - 9/10: The story follows the journey of Teito Klein. It takes place in a world where angels and devils exist. It's a 25-episode story about Teito, his friends, his power and the struggles that come along with it. Although the plot is serious, there is a lot of comic relief, giving the story a more lighthearted tone.


Art - 7/10: The art style is exactly what you would expect from a shoujo/josei manga (e.g. long neck, long limbs, big sparkly eyes), however this does not affect the overall dark tone of the anime.


Sound - 8/10: This anime ... has a very notable OST. Every music used fits perfectly for every scene.


Character - 7/10: While Teito is indeed the main character, a lot of other characters introduced in this story are amazing in their own rights. They all have their own stories and they all stand out.

Story - 9/10: The story takes place in a world where robots and humans co-exist. Since it has only one episode, dwelling deeply with the characters is impossible, which is not necessarily a bad thing given the time constrict. Overall it’s an anime with a lot of potential and hoping for an entire 12 to 24 episodes in the near future.

Art - 8/10: Great animation. Art style goes rough from time to time but I wouldn’t call it bad. In fact, it adds to the overall feel of the anime.

Sound - 7/10: Nothing to criticize about. The ending song ... was pretty enjoyable.

Character - 7/10: A lot of great characters with promising potential. I just wish that there were more episodes for us to know them better and know what makes them who they are.

Worth-watching episode. Overall Rating: 7/10

Story - 7/10: The story takes place way ahead of time than the present events on Boruto (we're currently at episode 24 of Boruto). This one's a good breather and really makes you think of what will happen in the near future. Who will be teamed up with each other and which new characters will appear in the original series.

Art - 7/10: Pretty decent compared to the rough animation of Boruto right now.

Sound - 7/10: Nothing to critcize about. No music really stands out but it's not a bad thing.

Character - 7/10: Same characters plus a new one which ... I hope will have a canon part on the series.

Enjoyment - 7/10

One of the few anime movies that will definitely leave an impression. Overall rating [7.8/10]

Story [7/10] - The story started strong and with a lot of feelings. You'll end up loving the two main characters as they show people that bonds come in many shapes and sizes. That it can also happen between two beings of a different kind. Love isn't just about romance, it can also be between parents and son. But as the story progresses it becomes a bit ridiculous. You'll start asking questions like where do the hole came from? Why does it appear on mirrors? Why telepathic? Can all humans gain ... telepathic abilities just by being bad? Things like those. Nevertheless, this story will definitely make you feel something.

Art [10/10] - Something you would expect from a movie from 2015. Splendid animation, stunning visuals, and smooth movements. Nothing to criticize about.

Sound [7/10] - It was good. No soundtrack left an impression but it doesn't mean that it was bad.

Character [7/10] - The characters were very easy to understand. They're not complicated people with a lot of things going on in their minds. They act based on their personality and I don't think it's a bad thing. It makes the story a lot easier to be comfortable with.


Enjoyment [8/10]

I never thought that I would give a special episode a 10. [9.8/10]


Story [10/10] - As most of you did, I have watched almost all of the episodes, specials and movies of One Piece. I was unsure at first about watching this since it's basically just a recap episode of the Ennies Lobby Arc. I never thought that I would relive those emotions once again. I knew exactly what would happen but I couldn't contain myself from crying.


Art [9/10] - Animation was greatly done. Nothing to pick on about.


Sound [10/10] - The 'We Are' theme song always hit me in the feels. Plus the ... beautiful sad song on Merry's farewell haf me all teared up.


Characters [10/10] - I may be quite biased on this one but I would still say it regardless. Strawhat crew for me is the most beautiful bond ever. Nakama isn't just a word. It goes deeper than that. Something a thousand words couldn't explain. Or at least that's how it looks to me after watching this.


Enjoyment [10/10]

I never thought that One Piece could be so dark and beautiful. Overall rating [9.2/10]


Story [9/10] - The story continues with Luffy and the crew visiting the Omatsuri Island where despite its happy and joyful name hides a very dark secret. Quite different from the usual One Piece story with hype and everything. This movie shows the bond of the crew in a special and different way.


Art [9/10] - Considering the year this was made, it's really impressive. The movements are very smooth you would think it was made around 2010 at least. Beautifully made.


Sound [8/10] - No OST left an impression on me but ... the way they cut off the sound at the most crucial parts made it more intense and dark.


Characters [10/10] - I may be quite biased on this one but I would still say it regardless. Strawhat crew for me is the most beautiful bond ever. Nakama isn't just a word. It goes deeper than that. Story [9/10] - The story continues after Nagai Kei made his escape out of the island along with the new character Kaito. I know I gave 8 for the story, but to be honest, Sakurai Gamon (the original writer of the story) made this series worth watching. Using immortality is so rejuvenating for most anime watchers. Effortlessly using modern society in pleasing ways. There were parts of the anime that I found fascinating, parts that were completely confusing, and parts that were downright irrelevant.


Art [8/10] - The studio responsible for the animation, Polygon Pictures created a good ... example of CGI incorporation done right. But most people were turned off by this. I know a fair amount of them who don't want to give Ajin a chance, mainly because of the art style. The way the characters move is not smooth and clumsy most times.


Sound [8/10] - The opening and ending songs were good, but nothing else other than that.


Characters [8/10] - The main character is always indifferent about everything that goes around him. Although he started as a decent main character at the beginning of the story, at some point, he suddenly changed and started thinking logically at everything he does. It's not a bad thing I guess, but most people can't stand it. You always try to understand where he's coming from. But that's what I like about him.


Enjoyment [9/10]

Anime that hits you right in the nostalgia. Overall rating [9.6/10]


Story [10/10] - Don't mind me 'cause I'm being biased here. As an avid pokemon player, it pleasures me to see those game scenes come to life. I remember the first pokemon I played was Fire Red and it was on Game Boy Micro. (Haters would say you're not an avid player unless you played Red on a GB Color). Either way, I've never felt so hyped up before while watching Pokemon ever since that time with Ash at the Kalos League finals.


Art [10/10] - The animation is decent and on point when it ... comes to fighting scenes. Camera angles [10/10]. Explosions [10/10]. Also, I like how the characters were drawn the way you expect them to be from the game.

Sound [9/10] - Pikachu here doesn't speak 'Pikachuu' the same way Ash's pikachu does, making fighting scenes a bit intense than usual. I'd rather hear roars and howls than name yelling as much as possible for every pokemon battle.


Character [10/10] - Nothing to say much about the characters. The anime portrays the game characters well.


Enjoyment [9/10] - Would love it more if it was a bit longer than 4 minutes per episode. Watching this makes me desire for more.

An anime for bookworms. Overall rating [7.6/10]


Story [8/10] - I should say first that this is not an anime a lot of people could relate into. I think that the demographic trend is towards 'book-lovers'. Things that are totally normal for them but completely odd for some. Thoughts like, "When someone asks you what your favorite book is and expects you to pick just one" or "When the movie version of a book gets everything wrong" and something like "When someone you like tells you they don’t like to read", and a lot of other things.


Art [7/10] - Not the typical shounen, action-packed animation. Bit ... more like of a cartoonish. But that itself adds a very unique feeling to it.


Sound [6/10] - The opening and ending songs were a bit catchy and cute, but not the kind of music I would like to listen into.


Character [9/10] - The characters splendidly portrays how bookworms really feel. I was a bit of a reader before I got introduced to anime a year ago, so I can somehow relate to it.


Enjoyment [8/10]

One of the most underrated anime of Fall 2016. Overall rating [9.3/10]

Story [10/10] - This is not your typical anime with exposition, climax, and resolution. It's like you are reading a book. And in this case, a very good one. The experiences come fast and furious for the main character, but the center of his universe is definitely 'shogi'. Also, you don't have to be a shogi expert to watch this although it has a 'game' tag on it. You will love how the story goes from silent to being dramatic, and from that to being so comedic. One time you will be crying, ... and then the next thing you know you've been laughing along with the character's dialogues.


Art [10/10] - I've watched a fair amount of anime, and I speak for everyone when I say that this kind of art style is very unique. The way how every scenes were drawn into perfection, and how it can easily change your feelings toward the story make this anime one of a kind.


Sound [10/10] - The opening and ending songs were performed by BUMP OF CHICKEN. So you can expect for it to be good. The soundtracks for every scene are on point.


Character [8/10] - Although the main character has a deep background. It's not that rare nowadays for most of them to have a very tragic backstory.
