I won't really recommend Fate/Stay Night though...

watch Kai, it's easily the best season of Higurashi.

What I'm really looking forward to watch is Angel Beats next season. The author of Clannad wrote that. ^_^

Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni Kai. (Don't skip to Rei)
Spice and Wolf (May not be your type of show, but give it 6 episodes, you may love it)
Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~ (Assassins)
Lyrical Nanoha series. (Start off slow, and gets better, I'm not a magical girl fan, but that series rocks, a lot more exciting than a lot of fighting anime.)
Seto no Hanayome for a great laugh.

Well according to your anime list, you haven't seen Code Geass. Since you liked TTGL, you'll definitely like Code Geass. It's a total masterpiece anime too.
