I'm going to be honest, this show is a decent show. The antics and immature innocence of Migi and Dali are both heartfelt and plain insane. The main premise of the show seems to revolve around the village and whoever murdered their mother. Which in itself is an interesting story and plot. However, most of this show seems a bit boring to me. That doesn't mean it isn't interesting or good. Usually a show is supposed to hook you by the first episode. I was skeptical by the end of the first episode and kind of didn't really care much about the theatrics of Migi ... and Dali portraying themselves and one person for the sake of their anonymity. As the show went on, it does indeed get better and the mystery thickens. It takes some getting used to but overall I think this show was decent at best. Once you get to the good parts, the pieces start to fall in place and the two manage to unravel the truth.

That being said, this was a hard watch for the first few episodes. For such a show to have such a crazy plot only to be let down by the beginning theatrics and antics. The show is foremost a decent 6/10 in my list because of this. Had I been hooked and more interested, it would have received a higher rating from me.

I don't give out 10/10 scores haphazardly. I love harem romance comedies since the old days of Love Hina. However, one big difference between most harem romance comedies is that the Main Character only get's with only one of the girls. The fact that Rentaro(the main character) is actively doing his best to cherish and love all of these girls makes this one of the best harem romcom Animes of all time. That may seem like an overstatement, but there are no words on how much I love harem romcoms. This is going to be a bias review, and I don't care. I love harem ... romcoms, and I know it's not for everyone. That still isn't a reason on why you shouldn't watch this show. It really brings me back to the old days where harem romcoms were as popular as "Isekai" anime. Which is refreshing because there is always a looming thought and opinion on which girl is best girl. In this case, every girl is best girl in this anime. There's a flavor for everyone so no one can complain about which girl is best suited for the MC since he's going to be with all of them regardless. It truly is the GOAT of Harem romcoms. It's bias as all heck but I will die on that hill until something else lives up to rival such a masterpiece.

I think this is an alright show. However, there are some things that I dislike about this show. The setting is great, with the whole "Stat System" stuff since I do like isekai/fantasy anime and manga that have it. I just think that Fate as a character is kind of unlikeable. Funny to say that I like Greed(his sword) more as a character since the banter and chats he has with Fate are what kept me going for the story. Coming back to Fate, the person who wrote this story really could've done better with him. Fate just feels too edgy and that doesn't seem ... to keep me involved with him as a character. I usually dislike characters like that, but there are times where it works. Still, I liked Roxy and her benevolent attitude. She's definitely what people call "Waifu material". The combat scenes for this show were good. It's no Jujutsu Kaisen or Demon Slayer but it isn't too bad. If you're looking for a decent action fantasy anime, this isn't too bad of a watch. I only wish it was more to my taste but it might be for others.

I...I don't even know why I decided on reading this. It's just wrong in so many ways. However, I can see the meaning for those who have been abused in their childhood in a very explicit manner. I've served in the Army, seen some pretty messed up things. The fact that this manga made my gut squirm is because of the fact that this literally can happen to anyone. On many notes, I can't recommend this because of the great dark aspect of abuse this manga uses. However, if you can stomach it and read this. By all means, have at it. If I could ... erase my memory of knowing about this, I would happily do so.

To give a quick TLDR, this is just a Maid Cafe with a throw back to old school Yakuza films.

If you want to sum up anime to your normal friends, show them the first episode of this anime. They will either be confused or it'll hook them faster than a shotgun wedding. We get the whole maid cafe "Moe Moe Kyun!" with the throw back to old Yakuza films like "Battles without Honor and Humanity". Heck, they even mix in the trumpets for that Tarantino feel. I'm a huge sucker for classics, and I was amazed that this show managed to create a ridiculous concept ... and make it work. This show is highly underrated and I feel as if more people should see it since it's funny and interesting. It just takes your concept of what an anime should be and cranks it over 9000. I've seen some ridiculous shows and this is by far one of the most ridiculous shows I've ever seen and it's amazing.

This story was dark, like really dark. Not to say it was a bad read, but it's just dark. The MC is just your average kid who get's put through a grinder and it really shows how unfair things are in reality. In both sense, there is no difference in living in reality or fantasy. You're just going to have bad things happen no matter who you are. The will and determination of the MC is well deserved however I can feel a bit of pity for him. I pretty much already stated the moral of the story, but if you're into edgy dark stuff. ... I guess this is a great read. Personally, I'm more of a comedy kind of person. Honestly, I'm more speechless because I can't really praise this nor can I give it credit for trying to be different. I'm not much of a reader and this is something I kind of thought was interesting but can't really say I'd put it in my top 10 if I had one to begin with.

TDLR; Dark Story, Revenge story, I like comedies. If you're edgy and into dark stuff, then I guess you might like it.

Originally, I dropped this show because it didn't interest me at first. Watching it thoroughly, I can say one thing. The MC is kind of boring. The same old short black haired overpowered MC but this time he's sprinkled with some pepper instead of salt. At least there's taste, but without the salt, it comes off a bit strong and attempts to cater to those with a Edge Lord attitude. It's different, credit to that. However, this show's main problem is that it wants to slowly build up it's story and they don't keep you with tasty appetizers for the main course. The main plot ... of the story seems mediocre but that doesn't mean there wasn't any creativity. The MC Yuuji is really creative in his tactics and battle prowess. The only thing is that there's a lack of character when it comes to making him relatable or entertaining. Usually, there are traits like them being an Otaku or a Shut-in but Yuuji just seems bland. He shows motivation and intuition, but it just doesn't seem like a fit for him. Sometimes, they make a character like this have some kind of past trauma or ulterior motive. Not going to go much into this since it'd be spoiler territory, but a main point for this show getting a lot of negative or mid reviews is most likely because of the MC. The story and it's revelation towards the climax is interesting but with the MC being the way he is kind of leaves a bad impression to the audience for his motive to bother progressing with the story. I do like Isekai anime and their tropes and clichés, but something like this has the large impression that it's trying to imitate another when it's trying to be unique. Overall, it's not a terrible show and I've seen worse. This just needs some salt.

This is a nice hidden gem to the Isekai genre. It's not about fighting or having the MC be some overpowered hero type. Honestly, you can learn a little about how economics work and be entertained by the theatrics of this show. The MC seems like some selfish prick but it's totally called for and with good reason. The business world translates well since it's not something we usually see in connection with a fantasy world. On top of that, this show is hilarious at times. It's a good hit, however I can see a certain amount of viewers being bored with the exposition of ... the MC and his theatrics of monologuing about business practices. It's definitely something worth watching but with a grain of salt since this isn't your typical Isekai anime. The MC isn't a hero and he doesn't desire to be, and that's fine. We need more shows that similarly portray this realistic side.

This is a hidden gem. The story implement with Eastern style magic is a great blend with the Medieval Fantasy magic. The story, oh my gosh the story was an instant hit for me. Sure, it's the same trope with the MC being overpowered but this absolutely slaps. I loved every minute of this show and will die on a hill recommending it to those with a taste for Magical Fantasy. I won't go into spoilers, but it makes sense why the MC is the way he is with his previous life and how he connects with the other characters. That much I can appreciate ... as well as the depth of the world building. I cannot give this show enough of a praise. To those who dislike this show, I can see why but to me it just hits. This is the type of Isekai I've been waiting for.

I first got into this show because I heard good things about it. Now that I've finished it. I can be well within my right and say that this is a pretty good and unique show. It's not for everyone and there's a small concept that I dislike. Sadly, it's the main Ojisan character. When he would share his memories, I knew that I was either going to cringe or just flat out dislike a majority of it. Not to say it was all bad since it sort of makes sense. A person who grows up as an anti-social outcast and becomes a video game ... Otaku is realistic. Which is probably why I dislike it, it's a little too real at times. Usually when I watch anime or consume a fictional product, I have a good separate consensus of what's real and not. Then again, this is an anime. So take some of these moments with a grain of salt. This doesn't mean it wasn't comedic, I laughed and had fun watching this. It's just a minor play off to me when the main character is in the world and takes things to a whole new extreme. There are times when being in the extremes and playing on common clichés and tropes works. In this case, it's either hit or miss with me with this anime.

I do like the characters and their development. It's great to see them at first and watch how they adapt and learn in progress with their development. As for story, it's pretty good and I look forward to more of it in the future. Personally, disliked some of the stuff the main Ojisan character does. However, I ultimately liked the show and the way it plays out.
