Hot dang, a season 2. I got to say, I loved the 1st season and didn't even know there was a 2nd season. Now that I've seen it, it's great. I love this season too. Catarina is still the same lost in the sauce go fitty girl and it's just pure gold. The characters still hold their flame and the story is a goon continuation of the story. This is an absolutely brilliant series. It definitely lives up to it's name as "Overlord". The pacing, story, characters. Magnificent! Nothing but a masterpiece of it's ingenuity. I don't get why people dislike this show, because Ainz is technically a human mind in a lich. I loved Albedo's character and the amount of destruction that happens in this season. Absolutely magnificent! It's not as dark as Berserk, but that dark atmosphere and tone this sets in as Ainz rules as the Sorcerer King. Nothing short but a masterpiece of it's time. I am glad that my friend recommended this show to me back in 2015.

Man, someone be cutting onions while I was watching this. Such a heart warming show. The tale of a violent and troublesome Yakuza taking care of the most kindest of sweet things in the world. Had I not watch this show, I'd regret missing this masterpiece. That's the only what I can describe this show, a pure masterpiece. Wholesome and it just captures you in awe with every episode. This show was a banger, the beginning...bro the beginning was epic. What a way to get isekai'd.
Story foremost is pretty solid and I can't wait for more. Sure, this follows the trope of the OP Main Character but I feel like it's well needed in this show. The other main characters have their place, but you primarily follow the MC throughout most of the story and that's fine. I absolutely loved this anime, with the possibility of it's continuation, I'm ready for more. This show is an absolute blast, full of friendship and power. I only hope that it gets a 2nd season.

This show was surprisingly good despite it's slow and impatient start. Honestly, I didn't think I would like it so I was primarily sitting through the episodes. Once things kicked off, I got interested. First things first, the MC is a big whimp. I hate MCs who are such whimps, which is apparently the norm for alot of anime and manga. I don't get the big deal, but the way this show eventually has a whimp turn heads is a good refresher.
The show is slow right off the bat and requires some patience. Stick through it and it starts to get good. On that note, ...

This anime was alright, albeit it steeps heavily on the comedy side. The MC basically follows the trope of OP MCs in anime, so if that's your forte then you can be rest assured that it's fine. This also being a harem anime might hit your knockers if that's what you're into as well. This is a pretty average show, it's okay story-wise and might get a 2nd season. Honestly, I kind of hope so since the show does leave more unsaid for the sake of developing the main characters and story.
That said, I look forward to the show's continuation in hopes that it'll be ...

Might sound bias, but my little brother is a disabled person. This anime reminded me so much of him. Boji is such a kind person and is ever selfless to protect those he cares deeply for. Well, this certainly took me by surprised. I've always had a distaste for the Otome genre but this Anime was great. Can't say I'd get heavily into the Otome genre, however this does leave a good aftertaste with it's story and comedy. I'm glad that I gave it a shot and didn't leave this one in the dirt. I don't care what negative reviews say about this one. I think this was far better than I expected. Not going to spoil the show, but the MC is a dope politician. Honestly, I wish real life politicians were like this. Then again, that is a fleeting fantasy.
As an Isekai, it might turn people away with the overpowered characters like Shinobu and Aoi. Then again, this is an Anime. Chill out, have a beer(or cider if you're underage), and enjoy a good show. Props to the MC, like him, I too dislike Otome games and stories. There are a few that are good, but alot of them are as generic and cringe. Our boy Leon is a true G. He's literally is my personal self-insert MC. He's like "I might hate this thing, but I hate those Princes more.", absolute mad lad.
