This manga... is so freaking cute!!! My god the author has done it, mixing wholesomeness with lewdness, I fell in love just from the first chapter alone.
BUT before I tell you my overall review of the Manga, I must first tell you why this manga may not be for everyone:
First of all this is a brother and sister romance ( not step-siblings ) Also the sister is in high school and I believe the brother is older, most likely over 18. There's also constant panty shots, dirty jokes, and just your typical ecchi stuff. So if those three things gross you out

I happened to stumble upon this manga when I was looking for some horror manga to read and it genuinely surprised me with how good it was. Truly a hidden gem that not many people know about.
The story itself is very suspenseful and engaging, it's not every day when a manga makes you read all of it's chapters in one sitting. The small town village atmosphere, the cult-like agenda, the fear for your safety, and the element of cannibalism all thrown together to create this masterpiece of a manga. Sakamoto Shinichi has truly blessed us with another timepiece masterpiece!!!
I have never read/seen the story of Dracula, so I can't say how good of an adaption/reimagined story this is. So far i'm digging the plot, it's one of those stories that makes more sense the more you read. It sort of just throws you into the story, the introduction is very brief, the action starts right away. This goes without saying but the art is incredible.
