Happy Birthday!
Seems like we last spoke two years ago, don't know if you remember me but my username was Shuhan before.

Anyway have a great birthday!

Ah, sorry about that, I didn't notice. I'll try to fix it, thanks for letting me know about that.

Wow, I hope you do super well on that, then. I'm sure you'll do a great job! :-)
Well, I'm glad you've been driving! I need to take the test too, I haven't been driving at all. I don't have my permit or anything, so I hope I do really well on both tests. The reason I didn't get to take the test all those other times was because I couldn't find my social security card, which was what I needed to take the test. I hope you get your license!

It was tough, but I managed to make it through everything, and as tough as it was I actually really liked it a lot. I'm taking a Graphic Design class this year and last year I was studying Art. Hopefully when I get enough credits to go into a university, I'll take something involving Animation. It's hard to say who my favorite animator is, i'd probably pick Sylvain Chomet or Don Bluth. I'm pretty sure you're gonna do really well when you take that class, I don't doubt it for a second, since you're really talented already. You're gonna do great! :-)

Hi Juliet!

I feel like I haven't taken the time to speak to you in a long time, wow. I've missed talking to you! I left MAL for a little while, but I'm back now, though. How have you been lately? For me, I'm almost done with my second semester in my first year in college and things have been going great so far. I'm still looking for a job atm and I've been having a couple of more meetings with my Job coaches and I'm hoping to get a job during the summer. I still haven't gotten my license yet, but I'm definitely getting it eventually. Overall, I've been in a pretty good place. How's your life been going? :)

JordanPowers1995 | 08-09-13, 5:29 PM
Thank you very much! ^^
I think i'll enjoy college too. I will be majoring in Graphic Design and Art, and i'm super excited for those classes! You know, at first I was extremely nervous about going because I wasn't sure how well I would manage, and I'd be lying if I told you I wasn't still kinda nervous now, but recently I've been lots more confident about it than I was before, and I'm sure I'll do a great job, and although this is something I'm still sorta nervous about, I'm more self-assured about it than anything. It's won't be easy at times, but neither were my previous years in school. I just need to try my best and put as much work and effort as I can into things, and I'll do great;

Wow! Congratulations, Juliet! I knew you could do it, there wasn't a single doubt in my mind about you graduating! I am so very proud of you! You deserve every last bit of the opportunities you got from that ranking. I hope you have a fun time at San Diego! What are you planning on doing over there? Are you just planning on hanging out with family?

Ooooh, thank you! You're so kind. I love it when people think i'm adorable! It's very heart-warming to hear every time.
Yeah, I think i aced the interview too! There were a couple of (very miniscule) things I did that I think I could have done better with looking back on it, but I did the best that I was able to do at the time.
Yeah, i didn't realize college was gonna start during that time until right when summer started, and to be honest I was really upset but I got over it within almost a day or so. Yeah, the college doesn't really have dorms or anything like that, but even if they did, i'd much rather just stay at home. Ah, thanks a lot! You're really boosting my confidence about this! You're so encouraging! >u< *hugs*

I honestly think you are just really amazing! I wish I had the courage and perseverance that you have, it's just too awesome for words. I think it's safe for me to say you're one of the most hard working friends that I have, and you have been since we first started talking to each other. You have been a very great influence on me during my time talking to you, and I'm always looking forward to having more conversations with you. You're just such a great friend and I don't think I could ask for a better one than you. You are absolutely wonderful! *more hugs* :]

JordanPowers1995 | 07-12-13, 2:51 PM
Oh, I appreciate that so much, thank you, Juliet! Yeah, it was kind of hard to finish, but i did it, and i couldn't have been more relieved. Some days were tougher than others, but I managed to pull through in the end. I really did enjoy the time that I spent there, regardless of all of the problems that I had to deal with. It was kind of hard for me get through, like you said, but it really was worth it!

I actually remember you telling me that before when I was feeling upset and it helped me feel a lot better! You're always so encouraging and helpful! I guess that's another reason that I look up to you so much. I'm so glad to have you as a friend. I care for you too!

You have told me that before, but like I said, it's okay. It doesn't bother me at all. In fact, I kind of repeat myself too sometimes, if you haven't noticed, so it's fine, really. ^_^

Yeah, those art supplies are really did come in handy for when I feel like I need to draw something. They're really fun to use!

Oh! Well, i'm planning on majoring in Art in graphic design once I go to college, yes. It's not just an "art school" per say, but that's what i'll be studying while i'm there, as well as Graphic Design. I actaully don't remember you asking me that before, but it's fine, you can ask as many questions as you feel like asking. I don't mind it one bit! ^_^
Wow, so it's pretty tough, huh? Hey, if you can get through stuff like boot camp the way that you did, i'm sure you'll be able to get through school.
I have lots of confidence in you, and i don't doubt for a second that you'll do great. :)

Heh. Yeah. I don't know why, It was just this thought that popped up in my head after reading our conversations. I guess it was a little random, but still!
I'm...adorable? Thank you! I always feel so warm and fuzzy inside whenever someone tells me that. I think you're a really amazing person! You're one of my favorite people to talk to and I'm glad we met. You're wonderful. ^_^

As for work, I'm actually planning on getting a job this summer doing volunteer work, and it might be the same thing that I was doing during the school year, which if you remember, was organizing and cleaning things at the library on a military base. I actually went to an interview with my mother a couple of weeks ago to see what they could do for me, and I think I did pretty well. There weren't any problems as far as I can remember, so I feel pretty confident about what the results of it will be.

As for college, I'm going to a two year one, and my classes are going to be English, Math, Art, and Graphic design. I actually start college four days before September starts, so my summer is unfortunately going to be a lot shorter, but luckily The days are going to be really short compared to my previous schools, and I'm planning on living at home.

Also, forgive me if it seems like I go on a tangent or ramble on about nothing...I noticed I tend to do that sometimes when I'm talking to you, but I think you might have gotten used to it by now. Heh. ^-^

How was your birthday yesterday? :-)

JordanPowers1995 | 06-24-13, 10:22 AM
Why, Hello there, Ms Juliet! How are you? :-)

Did I tell you that I graduated from High School a couple of days back? The actual ceremony was a lot of fun to be at, but I ended up making a mistake when I almost went the wrong way after I got my diploma. I was kind of embarrassed, until a friend of mine cheered me up and told me he messed up too and that I wasn't the only one. Also, at the end when we threw up our hats, mine ended up dropping a couple of rows down, and then I wasn't able to find it. I also took pictures with a friend of mine, and then I took pictures with my family. Later, i went with my mom to the school building to go turn a hat in. by the time the ceremony was over, I was pretty exhausted and really tired. I was planning on going immediately to sleep, but there was more for when I got home. My father had given me a present, so I opened it, and low and behold it was a mac book pro laptop. Now, that's a pretty awesome present, but then again, I have a even more awesome father. We set up the laptop together, and when we got done i was extremely tired so I used a laptop for a while, and then I went to sleep. It was a pretty long day, if you ask me, but I enjoyed every last second of it all. Overall, it was pretty amazing.

That's not all, though! I also had an entire party for my graduation two days afterwards, and that was just as fun as the actual ceremony. I had family members from both my mother and father's side of the family come over and we spent a lot of time together with each other. It was so great seeing them all together, because family members from both my mother and father's side usually don't see each other that often. I'm glad I got the chance to have it happen! After a while, It was time to open my presents, and that was probably my favorite part because everyone was in the same place at the same time, and when I looked up at them, I realized how fortunate I was to have a family as supportive and encouraging as they are, and It was literally the best feeling I had that whole entire day. As for the presents, I got LOTS of art supplies, and I'm not even exaggerating when I say that, because wow, it was a lot. I got a couple of sketchbooks, a poseable figure, and a ton of other stuff that i can't even list off the top of my head. I also got a total of 475 dollars, which definitely shocked me when I found out how much it was. None of those presents were as enjoyable as the time I was spending with my family, though, that's completely untouchable, that feeling.

Anywho, I hope to hear from you again soon, you're so great to talk with! I love every second of talking to you, you're so much fun! Plus, I really look up to you too, Yesterday, I was reading our some of our chats, and I realized...you know who you remind me of sometimes? I don't know if you know who Kim Possible is, but you remind me of her sometimes. I know you're your own person, but occasionally, that thought will cross my mind. ^_^

JordanPowers1995 | 06-16-13, 4:29 PM
Yes, I did see your art! You shouldn't be embarrassed one bit! Those works aren't bad at all, they're beautifully dark, don't worry! I love 'em. ^_^
If those aren't your best works, then I can't wait to see more art from you in the future. Your artwork is beautiful. :
Hey, Hang in there, i'm the same way. I'm trying to find some art programs for mac that I can get used to enough so that I can make more art and upload it to my deviantart page as well. I have nothing on my uploads in my deviantART page and i've been there for about a month or two.

Take your time, Juliet. Soon all of your hard work will pay off, and eventually you'll get to get started on it again. Ah, I don't think I have a Hobby Lobby near where I live. In fact, I don't recall hearing about that place before, so that's new to me. I've heard of Micheal's, of course, since I used to go there a lot, but I haven't been there in a while.
I've actually been wanting a new art kit for a while. I got a sketchbook and a pencil sharpener not too long ago, as well as a jorunal and a pencil box to put all of my pencil box, and that thing is filled up now. lol

Oh, congratulations! I'm actually graduating from HIgh School this Thursday, so I guess this means we both have things to look forward to! Wow, you deserve that break after working so hard for that long. I'm so happy for youuuu! I know i've said this before, but I bet when you come back they're gonna be so proud of you and what you've achieved.

Heh. that's funny, I remember when used to be the exact same way with my little sister, but we eventually just grew out of it, and we haven't gotten in an argument in a very long time. You'll make a great teacher for her, i'm sure of it. Whether you know it or not, i've learned a lot of things from you just by having conversations with you, which I love. Now that I think about it, you'll probably make a great teacher for anybody, depending on the subject. ^^
Good luck with graduation, you deserve every last bit of it. :)

Hey, It's okay, Juliet, really! Take as much time as you need, you're fine. You've just been really, really busy lately, and that is a-okay. Remember not to rush yourself, okay? I miss you when you're gone, but there are just things that you need to get done before having free time, right? :-)

I'm hoping for the best for you too, Juliet, just like always. I have complete confidence in you, I think you're gonna do just great, don't worry. :) <3
