Overall: I laughed. I enjoyed it. If you don't take it too seriously you're likely to enjoy it. It was a fun, funny, heavy on fan service. I didn't think it was a "so bad it's funny" show, it was intentionally over-the-top and funny.
Story: Typical isekai harem stuff with an OP lead. The most jarring part is how some details are delivered as a flashback after they get mentioned in the regular continuity of the story, but they aren't long enough to really break the story.
Art: The CGI made me cringe but there's not so much that I couldn't overlook it. The character designs

and other art are pretty well done, and what you'd expect from white fox. The CGI could have been omitting the CGI would have been a good idea, but it was also kinda funny.
Sound: The music is good. The sound engineering didn't really stand out the way it does in some great anime. But there wasn't pointless ear-rape-bass or anything like that. It added to the storytelling and such very well.
Character: MC: typical but still better than Kirito. He has a believable in-world reason for growth.
Harem: Yes. Quality harem girls, nearly something for everyone.
Baddies: The ones that aren't monsters were pretty well developed. I'd have just added them all to the harem, why not?
Enjoyment: It was cute, lewd, funny, well paced aside from the weird flashbacks and cringe CGI

The episodes of this series are far too short to do the subject matter much justice. Even though there isn't much to go on, they really feel rushed.
I really enjoyed the manga of this series and I hope that they do it justice by giving it a full adaptation at some point. But as for this iteration...
Story- 7/10
There really isn't enough time to absorb anything that's happening, but at least you get the premise of the gags as they are presented. And that's the most important part of a comedy.
Art- 6/10
These are animated scenes straight from the

manga. There is hardly any "animation" to them. But in the short time frame in which they're thrown at you, they tell the story and you get a colorful expression of the story as you go.
Sound- 7/10
The voice acting is pretty good for these shorts. They also came up with a catchy little intro song for our anti-heroine, General-san.
Character- 6/10
There just isn't enough time with any of these episodes to develop any of the characters. You get an understanding of the dynamic between the General and Braveman, and that's enough for the jokes to come off.
Enjoyment- 8/10
The most important part, IMO is enjoyment. The jokes come off well, if you don't blink. If you speak/read Japanese I'm sure you get a better experience from this over all, but these are entertaining.
Overall- 6/10
Just skip these and read the manga. If you blink while trying to watch these you'll miss some detail, or you'll have to pause to catch notes about something important. They don't really do anything to enhance the source material. So do yourself a favor with this one until there's a full anime adaptation, and read it.

This is hilarious.
Better than One Punch Man for comedy value, not nearly as subtle.
Story- 9/10
Right out of the gate the first chapter sets the pace for the rest of this manga. The villain is hysterically inept, and wacky hi-jinks ensue. With each passing chapter the stakes only get higher as our leading Anti-hero faces off against Braveman.

Art- 7/10
The art is a bit crude compared to some manga, and not incredibly detailed. But it gets the point across. There are action scenes where I found myself staring for a bit, confused.
Character- 8/10
The characters are nothing special, or developed in very much depth, but they serve their purposes. It all works together for comedy.
Enjoyment- 10/10
I found this one hard NOT to laugh at. Because I was reading this at night while other people were sleeping, I was struggling to keep it together. The purpose of comedy in my opinion is to make you smile or laugh, and in this case this manga did not fail. Well done.
Overall, 9/10 all things considered. I enjoyed it too much to give a lower mark based on anything I found wrong with it. It's a solid work so far, and I will continue reading it.

** I try to keep my reviews largely spoiler free, but there may be some minor spoilage in here, I won't ruin any large plot points for you. Also, I only watched the Dub, so evaluation of the subbed version might be different... slightly. **
If you've seen Minority Report and you're thinking "This is just like that." You're... close at best. Yes, it does have the same basic premise. And it's obviously inspired by the same source material as that film. They quote a lot of different literary works in this and Phillip K. Dick is included, who did happen to author the short story

This reminded me a lot more of Production IG's other franchise, Ghost in the Shell. I kept waiting for the reveal that Akane was actually a full body cyborg, or some new type android. Oh god, I was actually hoping that was going to be the explanation for the terrible character design... which... was the main snag for me when I started watching this series.
If you're bothered by the primitive design of Akane (The female MC) just bear with it. I got the feeling as the show went on that this was actually lending to some symbolism about her naive perception and youth. Whatever... Anime directors do weird things, and I'm not certain now how the series would have fared with a grittier looking MC in her place. I mean... She definitely sticks out as her art style, particularly her obscenely large eyes contrast the otherwise realistically proportioned characters. Just trust me, it works in the end. Anime is art... So onto art:
ART- 7/10
I thought the series featured a good blend of CGI with traditional animation, but there was some lacking flow in action sequences and character proportions. It's really good, but it's no masterpiece. And as stated above, some of the female characters seemed to have designs from a completely different genre of anime (children's) where the others were more realistic. (I forget what the Shounen/Sienen terms mean. You can blow me.) I liked the Warhol-esque feeling of the 2nd opening sequence. I think that's one of my favorites of all time now.
Sound- 8/10
The voices in the dub were great. I personally love Brina Palencia, and I thought her voice paring with the character was a little odd, but I couldn't help loving it anyway. The OPs and EDs were good, though I have to say the 2nd set were superior.
Character- 8/10
In some stories characters grow change and progress. In other stories you learn more and more about characters as the plot moves along. In this anime, you get both. Some characters progress and learn things about themselves, as others reveal things about their past. Psycho-Pass isn't the kind of story where there is a clear moral high-ground. Yes, there are villains, and there are certainly heroes. But at the end of the day (and this is something I love about these types of stories and why I draw a parallel with GitS) there is no black and white clear-cut right and wrong. It's hard to come away from this not liking some of the characters, but I will admit a few of them are just expendable junk that could be anyone. At least these types in the show are given enough of their own flavor to keep them from being nameless. They could have easily added a couple episodes to explore a couple of the side characters, but I have to say, I'm fine with it the way it is.
Enjoyment and story- 9/10
I tend to binge watch anime. And I'm glad I didn't have to wait through cliffhangers and try to remember some points over months as the series aired. If you like Ghost in the Shell, Sci-Fi, Cyberpunk, police drama, or even Noir, you'll likely enjoy this one.
The dystopia depicted in Psycho-Pass isn't so much of a dystopia to the people who live in it. And I think that's something some of us from the USA might not really get. I think I get a lot more out of shows that make me think. I liked and appreciated the various literary references throughout, and I felt they were relevant to the story. This was well thought out and well crafted, and it's only in being very critical that I don't rate the show higher.
This was adapted into Manga and a second season/series was created which I will definitely be watching. So in an effort to keep this spoiler free/light I won't divulge the plot points, but it certainly takes the concept to a new level and it's worth a watch.
Overall- 8/10
I felt like they could have done more in certain areas. And I felt like I was watching two shows mashed together with the character design/art sometimes, and I didn't think it was necessary. I really have to pick at it because I did enjoy this show a lot.
Is it a masterpiece? No. But that doesn't mean it's any less enjoyable.
There are parts of this anime that are damn good. There are parts of it that could easily be improved. Just watch it. I'm pretty sure if you have any appreciation for the genre then you'll really enjoy this show.

This one might not be for everyone.
But for me, yeah, this was it for me.
Dark, gritty, beautiful, emotional.
It's hard for me to watch this show (I've watched it at least three times through now) without being absorbed by it. I have to take it sparingly because it digs deep down into emotional territory that can be weird and scary if you aren't ready for it.
I like stuff that gets me thinking, and what can be deeper than contemplating mortality.
Story- Compelling, deep, and intentionally vague in some areas. I have my own theories about what some of it means, and what things weren't said outright,
...
but those are things best kept to the forums and not a review in my opinion.
Art- This has a really retro-gritty dismal feel that's just amazing. It's beautiful to look at, and I couldn't have asked for more. They really pushed the envelope with this series.
Sound- I think the sound track, one song in particular (the song played for the preview at the end of each episode) is just amazing. There was one song that was unmistakably similar to the Terminator theme, but hey, it's hard to write original music without running parallel somewhere.
I preferred the English dub in this one, but both are just outstanding. One of the best dubs I've ever watched.
The opening theme is strangely upbeat considering the meaning and the rest of the show, but I think that's probably good. You need a splash of cold water in your face sometimes. And it's a refreshing hopeful distraction to help ease the needle in.
Character- I found myself loving a lot of the side and one-off characters. Hell, I liked them all I think. Even the characters I probably should hate, I couldn't. Friggin' Leda tho... Why aren't more people compelled by that character. I feel that her voice in the dub, is amazing. Definitely has a lot of depth conveyed in simple short instances that left me wanting to know more. Anyway, I could write about the characters, and the inferences all day and night.
Enjoyment- Yes. All of it. From the lowest depressing lows, to the highest triumphant highs, I was compelled, riveted, engaged.
Overall I just love this show. It's hard to recommend it to just anyone, but man, do I wish I could get more people to just sit down and drink this in, and reflect on it. It's a thing of beauty. An animated masterpiece.

I don't know how to sugar coat this, so I'll just tell it to you straight:
I quit this after the first episode.
The description sounded interesting. I was looking for something mecha/scifi, and this looked like it might be a decent fit.
When I saw what the demoniacs were, I just thought this was dumb.
The cross cell/cgi animation was so bad I just couldn't take it. I mostly stopped watching this because it was painful to watch.
...
It's been a while, but I seem to recall the voice acting, maybe just the dub, was terrible.
I'm not super enthusiastic about anime in general, but scifi/mecha/action are kinda my thing. This just looked like an abomination. It might be someone's thing, it's just not mine.
