This anime is quite unique, but not bad my any stretch. The storyline is most likely to most unique thing about it, followed by the characters. The art and sound are pretty typical.
Story: Something that could definitely happen in America, probably already started happening, but on a much more technological level. Please keep out of your mind the idea of Incest when watching this anime.
Many people think 'Incest' due to the tittle being...."My little sister can't be this cute." HOWEVER, it doesn't really translate over, because the word they used wasn't 'Cute'. If your looking for a story involving a love triangle with incest that should disgust you, but truly melts your heart. That makes you realize that "Hey, blood IS thicker than water, and that contributes to love"? Well, this isn't the story...
You really have to take this anime as a parody of anyother incest anime. TO me, it's a parody of mermalade boy and 'My sister can't be this cute.' It ISN'T to be taken seriously. For thouse of you reading these reviews thinking, "I don't get what the big deal is, just reading the storyline/synopsis I can predict the outcome!"
It is true that the storyline is not appealing, however, the characters are incredible. The art is adorable, the music is poppin, but the thing that this anime REALLY has to offer is the characters. Each character REALLY developes. Watching episode one, the ending is not predictable at all. Each character has such wonderfull chemistry with the others, and more so, chemistry with the viewers. ...

This story, of incestrious bodyswapping has been used in Hentai many MANY times. However, this being a non-ecchi, non-Hentai, Slice of Life, SERIOUS story makes it very intresting.
The thing about this Manga, is that the characters are incredible. Mainly, for the incest role, Bishies are used as the male role, and sexysexy girls, or tsunderes are used for the female. Although the story may be odd, it is actually very enjoyable.
The main story is about an Aunt who uses her Nephew to recreate an old story of a man who falls in love (and sexually conquers) 14 Women. Most of the incest comes in when the Aunt wants to get her Nephew used to a womens body, and allows him to---ehem, you can read that yourself. It's not hentai, but it is strong ecchi. The story is intresting because the Nephew is so very selfconscious. So, this experience helps the Nephew to grow, as a person. This might sound strange, but it really is ...

I must say that this was awful... There was very little character growth, and it was typical. The only thing that set it apart from the other useless harems was...oh..wait...NOTHING. The anime is most certainly worth watching, However, the manga is NOT worth reading.

Action+Comedy+Incredible Characters+NO DAMN DRAMA
If your constantly finding yourself enjoying things like, Dexter (HBO), Elfen Lied (Anime), but hate the drama, love the action and humor? This is the anime for you! This anime is HILLARIOUS. I must say, most anime humor, to me, is more slapstick and intolerable, however, this anime follows in the footsteps of Cowboy Bebop, with great characters, and most certainly a more Western take on things. The dub was amazing. In my opinion, the voice actor (eng and jap) for Vash fit PERFECTLY.

Although the plot is that of 2 orphans moving back to they're home town, the deeper plot has to do with the male orphan and his many relationships. This anime deals with morality and incest, as many discriptions hint. The main story is of a twinmale's sickley sister having to stay home, while he makes friends, has fun, and creates relationships.
