Jun'ichi Nagase attends a prestigious high school. He has the nickname Geno Killer since he was rebellious in middle school. This is used, inadvertently, to help a girl named Yuuhi Katagiri from trouble. She later transfers to his school, and in order to protect Yuuhi from danger, Jun'ichi is forced to kiss her. Not understanding what happened, she screams at him. Subsequently, it turns out that Yuuhi is his fiancé as arranged by their parents. Their parents discuss the matter and order them to go out together for a month to restore their relationship. If their relationship does not get better, the engagement will then be canceled.
Overall, I found the manga to be very solid and much more satisfying then the Anime. The story is pretty straightforward and primarily focuses on romance. It's basically your typical love triangle manga with the necessary twists, HOWEVER, it's not as twisted as the anime.
Considering it was only 11 chapters long, I was pleasantly surprised that the manga ended the way it did. Unlike the anime, the manga will not pull the rug from under your feet. I don't want to drop anymore hints, but I will say this though, if you didn't like the way the anime ended, you will
probably like the way the Manga ended. To be more specific, you will either like it or hate it depending on whether you're on team Yuuhi or team Minato.
If there was no Anime and it was just the manga, I would probably have the overall score somewhere around 8 or 7, but I have to give it a solid 9 due to the fact that I HATED the way the anime ended while I liked the direction the manga went.
The anime was great, awesome, amazing! But I honestly find this manga to be pure dog crap. It pains me more than anyone to have to review it so terribly. I honestly had high expectations for it, and maybe they were to high, but this was terrible.
Typical harem, no twists, no turns. The ONLY likable character is Minato, which is why in the anime, I felt as though she got what she deserved....but not in this dog shoot manga.
I must say that this was awful... There was very little character growth, and it was typical. The only thing that set it apart from the other useless harems was...oh..wait...NOTHING. The anime is most certainly worth watching, However, the manga is NOT worth reading.
Typical, Boy steals girls first kiss, she hates him for it, then....HIIJINKS ENSUE??? WAAA? (How suprising)
I started by reading the Anime, and oh my, that ending. When I read the manga I was much more content of how that ended. This manga is missing some key parts that could of made it really good, such as the random characters that didn't really have to do anything with the story line. The art was also not up to par with some other manga, but overall I really enjoyed this over the anime.
