Anime List Manga List

I am highly partial to good campy comedy in anime. So you'll see in my lists quite a few series with not much of a story, rated high because they kept me laughing. I also love manliness, and eerie, seen-out-of-the-corner-of-the-eye, mysterious, vaguely supernatural stuff. I love the spirit of competition. And I love qt girls with hearts of gold. Past that, there's a lot more things I love in anime, albeit slightly less than those five.

What I watch depends on my mood, and I also have a ton of hobbies, so there's a lot of anime and manga I haven't finished, including ones I love.

Apollon was vey mature for a Highschool romance. Chihiyafuru defo has more of a shounen vibe running through it though, and it's not quite as easy to pick a specific reason why it is so damn good. Which both are IMO. Chihayafuru was an anime I stared with no real expectations, but it quickly grew on me. When an s2 was announced I was stoked to watch it. So much so I watched the 1st 12 eps of s2 thinking it had ended already. I do not watch my anime untill the season has ended usualy, because I hate waiting a week between eps and following numerous plots at once. So now I am stuck waiting for the next 12 eps so I can finish Chihayafuru s2 off lol. (PS. sorry for the late reply been a busy month for me)

(I know it's been 2 or 3 years since you commented on my profile, but I'm going to answer anyway, sorry about that) Thanks! I have found Anime &SciFi Literature fans are less common than you would think, it is nice to know someone else around here has lost him or herself in the sands of Arrakis.

Yea been told by a few to watch that one now. So it's been on my radar awhile now. Definitely going to try that one sooner than later :)

I tried to watch Nichijou I just was not laughing enough so I dropped it at ep 6 or 7, and never got into gintama either. It's just not for me. Closest thing to either of those I like is probably the Daily Lives Of High School Boys. I never rly seem to be on the same page with most others on comedies. I rly loved arakawa under the bridge and Working!! Those 2 may be my favorite comedies off the top of my head. Yondemasu yo, Azazel-san was one more I find to be an underrated comedy. I enjoy that one as well but shorter eps.

Sorry about the late reply, this is actually the 1st msg I have gotten on here so I don't check for them normally lol. I chat under the same handle on www.animefushigi.com most nights so that is the best place to catch me usually. Of course I will reply on here when I see a msg but as I said, I am bad for checking them on a regular basis. :)
